For example 60 percent probability is 3/5 in fraction or .60 is 60/100 is that what you mean?

Probability is calculated as a fraction by getting the desired outcomes and calculating this over the number of total outcomes for an event.

For example if I roll a pair of dice and want to calculate the probability of  rolling four then I would do it this way:

Number of combinations of two dice:  6x6=36
Number of rolls that produce 4-------------->1-3, 2-2, 3-1

So to express this probability as a fraction this would be 3/36 or 1/12.

I am assuming you mean to graph when you are talking about scaling.

We can actually do this by calulating all probabilities of dice rolls.    Probablity of a:

    1:    0
    2:   1/36
    3:  2/36
    4:   3/36
    5: 4/36
    6: 5/36
    7: 6/36
    8: 5/36
    9: 4/36
    10 3/36
    11 2/36
    12 1/36

Low and behold these add up to one just like a uniform distribution curve.

Typically the F to D button is utilised to make the conversion starting from Fractions to Decimals along with the exact opposite. You are going to recognize a two-way arrow in this particular key also. By way of example you'd like to make the conversion 0.8 into an corresponding fraction. Here is what you might have to undertake. Insert the number, 0.8 from this situation. And then click the second button. Soon after this click that F to D key plus touch Enter. You are going to end up getting 4/5. to be a ultimate result. To generate the conversions inside the opposing way perform repeatedly each of the action , simply just insert 4/5 initially. And additionally you are going to have 0.8 to be a ultimate result.
