    If they commission trips to the Moon for civilians will you go?

    First I will have to think through my purpose in going to the moon. To live in the moon is not a feasible aim as oxygen is virtually lacking in the moon. i would have to bring along water and food also. I cannot plant anything on the moon to supply me oxygen and food.
    To be the first to land in the moon is now passe. To experience the trip might be an aim but I can get that on an airplane. It might be the daring to hazard the dangers of such a trip could be my aim. If I have not decided on an objective, I will not go to the moon.
    I have a Hub on the trip to the moon, focusing on Apollo 1.

    No, I wouldn't be interested in going to the moon. I would however be very interested in a Mars colony if that were ever to be possible. I don't believe we will possess the skills or technology to do this anytime in the near future, but it's interesting none the less.

      Mars hasn't been explored by actual people yet and appears to have more future potential. The moon is just a rock orbiting in space.
