How to Attract Fairies to your Garden | Bring Fairies into your Backyard!
How to Plant a Fairy Garden
Do you want to know how to attract fairies to your garden?
I love looking for fairies and have been blessed with the ability to commune with them for many years now. So when I moved into my own house, I was determined to create a beautiful fairy garden. I soon discovered, however, that there is more to making a fairy garden than simply planting pretty flowers and letting a small patch grow wild!
So, I learned how to choose the right flowers and make the right design choices, and now I have a beautiful garden that the fairies love. And because I work hard at tending my garden, the fae are happy and bless our home with good fortune and a little of their magic!
Ways to Attract Fairies to your Garden
Do you want to design a garden that is an absolute haven for fairies? More and more people are awakening to the knowledge that the fae, like angels, are very real indeed. Although we cannot usually see them with the physical eye, they are there in elemental form, and it is possible to train your mind to connect with them. There is more information on how to do this at one of the links at the bottom of this page (just don't forget to come back and learn how to make your beautiful garden!)
There are lots of things to consider when designing your fairy abode and becoming an instant magnet for the Fair Folk!
* Hiding places
* Provisions for wildlife
* Being eco-friendly
* Your native soil and weather conditions
And much more!
Can YOU Attract Fairies to your Garden?
Whether you have lots of fairies or none at all, it is great fun making a fairy garden!
Are there fairies in your garden?
Plants for an Enchanted Garden
Sacred trees, native wildflowers and magical scented herbs are a great starting point for your garden. If a plant is attractive to wildlife then it will be attractive to fairies too! Use different flowers for different themes, seasons and areas of your yard.
Remember to tend your plants regularly, and make sure you use eco-friendly methods, preferably organic! Don't just throw weeds and fallen leaves away, make use of them in compost or mulch, and if you have to get rid of some pests, either use organic pesticides or even better, unleash an army of predators via biological control!
Please the Fairies with a Magical Garden
Creating gardens in miniature and even fairy-filled gardens is a wonderful way to not only display your love for fairies, but to encourage them to visit you, too!
This book covers designing, planting, accessorizing and maintaining your gardens, which only need 10 minutes of work a week!
Offerings for the Fairies in your Garden
Once your garden is ready for fairies, there are a few extra enticements to help bring them out of their hiding places.
* Put out offerings, such as bread, milk, honey, cream, milk, mead or sweet treats
* Leave gifts, such as home baked cakes, handmade crafts or natural objects like crystals and shells
* Put out little houses and shelters for the fae to play in, or, if you're not creative, use small birdhouses
* Play enchanting music, or hang musical objects like windchimes. Fairies love sound and song!
Finally, laugh and play in your garden. After all, more than anything else, the fae love to have fun!
