A good indication that Meditation Works is --- Employees at Google, Apple & many other successful companies use MEDITATION to stay focused on their goal.

Meditation doesn't help your success rate if your just going to do it once a week. Like anything else in life, the more you put into it the better your end results are & the faster you'll get there.

Benefits of Meditation

Use the Benefits of Meditation to reduce the stress in your life. STRESS plays a tremendous role in preventing us from relaxing, staying focused, seeing clearly & turning our dreams into reality.

If we can't clearly visualize our dreams or focus on them , we can't very well keep our motivational level running high. With these crucial factors missing, the chances of seeing our dreams come true is pretty slim.

The benefits of Meditation are numerous. The following are just a few of them.

  • Builds your self confidence
  • Increases concentration
  • Helps you to remain focused
  • Strengthens your mind
  • Improves your mental & physical well being

Diy Guided Meditation Techniques


Do It Yourself Guided Meditation can be done in as little as 10 minutes a day.

First thing in the morning or just before you go to sleep is best. If these times aren't convenient, pick a time that is.

STEP #1 - Your Dream Life

  • As vividly as possible write out your dream life
  • Make sure to incorporate all five senses
  • Make it 10-15 minutes long or for the length of time you have to spare meditating each day.

STEP #2 - Record Your Dream Life

  • On whatever type of recording device you have, read your Dream Life out loud
  • Play relaxing music as you're recording

STEP #3 - Silence

  • Get rid of all distractions. You can turn your cell phone off or Skype or whatever else you have for 10 minutes
  • Remove everything from your mind. For 10 minutes, you don't have to be thinking about what you have to get done today or what someone said that upset you.

STEP #4 - Get Comfortable

  • This part doesn't matter. You can either lay day or sit up. I prefer to lay down.
  • Deep Breathe - Slowly breathe in (hold it for a couple of seconds). Slowly let your breath out & once again hold for a couple of seconds.
  • Do this a few times until you're completely relaxed & have removed everything from your mind.

STEP #5 - Listen

  • Press play
  • Really focus on what's being said. Don't let your mind wonder.

  • Put a set of head phones on
  • Get comfortable
  • Listen for 15-30 minutes

      Every so often I try meditation and it really works but it takes effort to work it into your life until it becomes a habit.
