MBBS in Caribbean Islands for Indian Students

Updated on February 22, 2017

The Caribbean Islands

The obstacle in the way of Indian students is the MCI (Medical Council of India) Screening Test in pursuing their MBBS/MD from abroad. Hence, selecting a university is US, UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada will not require any kind of Screening Test to be given to practice in India. But again, the entrance exams to enter in these countries!!

Well, there is a solution even for that. There are many Universities in the Caribbean Islands (the North American Continental Island) which doesn't require any entrance exams and which is the pathway to those who dream of pursuing their medical degree from the US curriculum and willing to put their path towards practicing in the US.

These Universities provides the opportunity to practice the last 2 years of the Clinical Rotations in the proper US which will indeed serve a great help in clearing all steps of the USMLE (The United Stated Medical Licensing Examination). The students are even provided with a golden chance to even pursue their Residency/PG from the US, which will put their path towards practicing in the US.

And obviously, clearing the MCI Screening Test will not at all be necessary as you have already cleared the USMLE:)

Hope this was helpful....!!

All the Best
