      Had a similar issue with a locked Excel file.From my experience, of all the password recovery tools I tested, I liked the online services the most. was a nice option for locked Excel files - or if you decided to stick to software, Passware Excel key, a link to which is published in this article, is also a decent choice.

      Hi, great tips! However I could not recover the Excel file. So I used ExcelFIX of Cimaware and works very fine, I could recover all data in MS Excel.
