Dancing or weight off
Dancing for me over the years is a therapist I use to clear my mind. I am a senior citizen who uses dancing as a therapist as a way of relaxing, pleasure, depressions and excising. When dancing I feel myself in another zone, finding my own rhythm and controlling my body. I find dancing a good therapist because while dancing I am excising my body every direction that is possible.I am a senior citizen who really wants to stay in shape and tone my body. When I talked to my doctor about dancing he thought it was a wonderful idea and subjected that this was a good way of treating a lot of physiological conditions I have.By dancing i have learned to identify certain details of my mental and physical state. Whenever I dance around my home it a way of expressing myself with out words and demanding my body to follow my mind. Dancing is also a way of excising to lose weight,after watching hundreds of commercials being adversities daily. I tries to eat right and dance a hour a day which has motivated me, making me feel 10 years younger.
