Based on the novel written by Stephen Chbosky, The Perks of Being a Wallflower is about 15-year-old Charlie, an endearing and naive outsider, coping with first love, the suicide of his best friend, and his own mental illness while struggling to find a group of people with whom he belongs. The introvert freshman is taken under the wings of two seniors, Sam and Patrick, who welcome him to the real world.
One of the best teen movies of all time, The Perks of Being a Wallflower shows the true spirit of friendship. Well-directed and marvelous performances by all lead actors, this is a movie to cherish.

The seventeen year-old Hazel Grace has lung cancer and needs to carry an oxygen tank wherever she goes. Her mother Frannie encourages her to go to a cancer support group against her will. However, when Hazel meets the eighteen year-old Gus, who lost part of one leg with cancer but apparently is cured, they fall in love with each other. Hazel introduces her favorite novel to Gus and tells that she dreamed on having a conversation with the author, Van Houten, who lives in Amsterdam. Gus contacts him and Van Houten invites them to visit him in Amsterdam. They travel to Netherlands with Frannie where Hazel will learn that things are not like they seem to be.

You see Jamie doesn't need to be noticed, she is quiet and keeps her self to her self most of the time, Landon and his friends always make fun of Jamie as if it is a day to day task, but one day Landon brings up the courage to ask for her help with his lines. Through trials and tribulations leading up to this play Land some how falls in love with the beautiful minister's daughter. Abandoning his friends to be with her Landon shares a true love with the girl, but a heart breaking secret lies between the couple. Can they save their relationship and make all their dreams come true?

The young adolescent Melinda Sordino arrives at high school feeling confused, depressed and alone.
