90 Greatest Oldies and Love Songs Our Grandparents Will Never Forget
Something We Used to Call ...Music
These songs were the voices of the people, the story of life and the picture of families in the good old days. Some carry happiness and joy, some make you think and some make you cry.
These songs were the true feelings of the one at home, and the one still waiting. Waiting for something they longed for, someone they loved. Maybe it's 'cause of war, maybe it was a destined journey. Maybe it was a broken heart.
These songs my grandparent grew up with and they would still remember them, every single one of them. Until their time passes by one day.
No matter how today fast-paced music can change the way we look at everything, I know somewhere in there we still dream for those simple and easy days just like how our parents or grandparents once had. It was then people could fully enjoy the meaning of life, with honest respect and trust to each other.
Those were the days, my friends.
I hope you enjoy this personal playlist as much as I did when I found them written on a piece of paper in the closet of my parents' house (my grand-dad used to live here too so I don't know who really wrote it down, I'm sure it was not only him alone though). And it was then I knew I'd left all the modern hiphop and rap music for these :)
p.s Please keep note that the some of the songs were not necessarily by the original singer, I choose the best version available.
