1. Captain America: Civil War

Captain America: Civil War, starring Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr and Sebastian Stan, is the biggest success of Chris Evans till date. The movie earned more than $1 billion at the Box Office. When the impact of Avengers lead to the collateral damage, the political pressure comes into action and forces to install a mechanism of accountability. The new mechanism brings separation among the members of the team. While Captain America thinks that the government should not interfere with the work of superheroes to defend humanity, the opinion of Iron Man is completely opposite of him. This lead to the formation of two different teams and now, Hawkeye and Black Widow need to pick a side.

2. The Avengers

The Avengers, starring Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, is the highest earning movie of Chris Evans till date that grossed more than $1.5 billion at the Box Office. It is about a group of six superheroes, Captain America, Black Widow, Iron Man, Hawkeye, Thor and the Hulk. S.H.I.E.L.D, whose leader is Nick Fury, is an espionage agency that is experimenting on an alien object named Tesseract, but in the mid of the experiment, the villain Loki comes and compels the agents of the agency and take them away with him to destroy Earth. To stop him, Nick calls the team of Avengers and the action begins.

3. Captain America: The Winter Soldier

Starring Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans and Sebastian Stan in lead roles, the movie revolves around the dark secrets of the agency named S.H.I.E.L.D. which Steve Rogers/ Captain America, with the help of Falcon and Black Widow, must find and disclose. But their mission gets tougher when they need to defeat a mysteriously dangerous new enemy known by the name The Winter Soldier. The movie is a sequel to 2011 film named Captain America: The First Avenger.

4. Scott Pilgrim vs. the World

The movie stars Michael Cera, Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Chris Evans. Though Chris Evans is not the protagonist in this movie, yet he has played a major role. The movie is about a bass guitarist named Scott Pilgrim who needs to defeat evil exes to make an American delivery girl named Ramona his girlfriend. Also, Scott already has a girlfriend named Knives Chau that his friends do not like at all and after meeting with Ramona, he also loses interest in her. The story takes lots of funny twists and turns when Scott comes to know about Ramona’s dating history.

5. Avengers: Age of Ultron

The movie is a sequel to 2012 film named The Avengers having similar cast with some new faces named Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Paul Bettany and Cobie Smulders. The Iron man/ Tony Stark, along with Dr. Bruce Banner, are experimenting on human beings using the scepter’s gem that they previously took from Loki. After many days of experimentation, they discover an artificial intelligence system and name it Ultron. Unfortunately, when Ultron gains immense control on itself, it becomes a threat to the Earth and the Avengers have to stop the Ultron anyhow so as to prevent any damage to human race.

WORST MOVIES OF CHRIS EVANS

1. The Newcomers

The movie has Christopher McCoy, Kate Bosworth and Chris Evans in the main role. The Docherty family plans to relocate from Boston to the country in order to prevent their son from bullies. When they reach at their new place, situations turn worse as the townspeople do not like new folks in their neighborhood, which is also their general tendency. The family also fall into some financial troubles.

2. Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer

It is a sequel to the movie Fantastic Four made in 2005 and stars Chris Evans, Jessica Alba, Ioan Gruffudd and Michael Chiklis. The movie begins with the happy news of wedding of the main characters, Reed and Sue, but, as usual, things do not go as planned. An enigmatic villain named The Silver Surfer enters Earth and start destroying the planet. General Hager orders The Fantastic Four team to identify that person and stop him from doing any further destruction.

3. The Perfect Score

The movie pictures six youngsters that include Erika Christensen, Bryan Greenberg, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Leonardo Nam and Darius Miles. Each of the individual has big dreams of getting admission in a famed university, but there is an obstacle in front of them, which is their low SAT score. So, they together make a plan to enter the center and manipulate their SAT test papers to get the required perfect score. They devise multiple plans as it is really tough to enter the centre due to strict security that includes camera and night guards.

4. Fantastic Four

The movie grossed good money at the Box Office, yet received extremely low rating of 5.7 due to the mixed reviews. According to me, it was a brilliant movie; I do not understand how it is rated so poorly. I think each of the actors played their character very well. It stars Chris Evans, Ioan Gruffudd, Jessica Alba and Michael Chiklis. Four of them are astronauts who go on a space mission and unfortunately, get trapped in the cosmic radiation of clouds.

5. Not Another Teen Movie

Not Another Teen Movie is a teen comedy film starring Chris Evans, Chyler Leigh and Jame Pressly. When Jake Wyler’s girlfriend ditches him for another boy named Les, Jake gets a suggestion from his friend Austin to turn a rebellious girl into the prom queen. But, problems occur when he faces adversity from his own sister and a cheerleader. Despite of fine acting and funny scenes, the movie received negative reviews in bulk and was severely criticized. On the other hand, it grossed more than $60 million at the Box Office, while its budget was only $15 million.
