Why is Dreamaker a Noteworthy Band?

Dreamaker was a Spanish industrial power metal band that existed between 2003 and 2011. The band was mostly known for having three former members of the Spanish power metal band Dark Moor including Elisa C. Martin. Joining her would be guitarist Albert Maroto and drummer Jorge Saez. The band had two albums Human Device and Enclosed. For the purposes of this review we are discussing their second album "Enclosed." Also on this album called Enclosed is guitarist Matias Sosa who is from Argentina.

What is Different on the Album Enclosed Compared to the Early Albums of Dark Moor?

One major difference between the musical structure on the early Dark Moor albums and the album Enclosed is that Enclosed has a rougher, dirtier feel in terms of the riffing structure and it is more industrial in nature. Is this a bad thing? This album is certainly different but it is not a bad thing.

Enclosed Songs 1-4 Including I Live My Own Life & Living In Fear

I Live My Own Life is a song about sticking to your own values and principles and living life the way that you want to. Reverse Universe is a heavier song about trying to understand what someone did in order to hurt us in some way. Who are they and why did they do this to us? Someone who lives in a reverse universe may not be able to change their mind about the way they feel about someone. Over the Edge is a song that describes a relationship in which the other person has gave everything and sacrificed everything only to be lied to and taken advantage of. This sort of thing can also happen in friendships because it has happened to me as well. They say that life is not fair and that you should just deal with it. The thing is that the problem is how some people act and behave, not life itself and there is a distinction to be made here about this. This may be a controversial statement for some of you to be reading but in life, some people can really make life unfair for others through their actions. Living in Fear is the first really great moment in this album as the song is about a person that has lost their will to live and they are afraid of expressing their emotions.

Analysis of the Songs "Innocent Blood" and "W.W. 666"

The next two songs and especially the power metal infused song Innocent Blood is about someone who is breathing blood and he is on the verge of really acting out his desires which involve making things a living nightmare for other humans. The song W.W. 666 is a song about a force that is not Christ like but an Anti-Christ that is keen about starting a war for world domination.

"Take Me Higher"

Why is "Take Me Higher" Such a Great Song?

Take Me Higher is the best song on this album and it actually is about doing whatever we can to be reunited with our loved ones, maybe even the one special person that we love so much. Go even higher and dream big if you want to! Let us reach even greater heights in our lives by taking that helpful hand. I hope that article #735 is an enjoyable read for those people that have not even heard of the band Dreamaker.

"Living in Fear"

Final Thoughts About the Album "Enclosed"

The album concludes with the song Promised Heaven. The song’s message is that it is very critical of the existence of Jesus. There are so many questions such as when we die where do we go? Is the soul going to keep on traveling endlessly? Some people do not believe that Jesus or GOD is for real but this writer does. Overall, Enclosed is a decent industrial power metal release and Elisa still has a good voice but the album does not have the same kind creativity as the early Dark Moor albums.
