Amazing Pole Dancers
Pole dancing first appeared in the 1920s in America. Travelling show dancers used a tent pole as a prop in their acts. In the 1950s, pole dancing moved to bars and became popular in the strip clubs.
Later, it has been promoted as a legitimate form of dance and acrobatics.
Pole Dancing requires significant strength and flexibility.
From my own experience I can say that pole dancing is a brilliant exercise, very good for core muscles, better posture or confidence building. It's also a great fun!
I absolutely love watching great performances of professional dancers such as the ones below. They seem as light as butterflies and make it look so easy.
