Ay, You're Keeping up With the Kardashians

Keeping Up with the Kardashians has been a reality TV show airing on E! Entertainment cable network television since the show first debuted on October 14th, 2007. Since, the TV show has become one of the longest running reality TV shows on US of America national television. Ryan Seacrest was the producer who first recognised the Kardashian-Jenner blended family, and he put into the works their own reality TV show on E!. Since, Ryan Seacrest has become an executive producer for the show, and even appears on occasion in the show whenever there be major family fall-out and issue over the daily lives whilst the camera is rolling. Keeping Up with the Kardashians has recently aired its fourth season which premiered on October 1st, 2017 on E! Entertainment. The E! Entertainment network channel practically earns all of its money off the Keeping Up with the Kardashians show, and the family earnings has always been strongly criticised.

Let’s take a look at the star-studded US of America Reality family of the millennium:

The Kardashians

Now, Keeping Up with the Kardashians key stars; Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kris, and Scott Disick (Kourtney’s partner) are averaging earnings rumoured to be £32,000 per KUWTK episode. This may explain the individual net worths for each Kardashian family member (as listed - all except Kim) being averaged at £12.8 million. Kim Kardashian’s net worth is substantially higher due to her stake in the Keeping Up the Kardashians game app; as her net worth stands at an astounding £40 million (as estimated by Forbes). All relevant to 2017.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians is far more than just a popular reality TV show that airs on US of American cable television, as it also airs in various other regions of the world including the United Kingdom and Canada. The western lands are flooding with Kardashians fans, and the large controversy is mainly due to the masses of audiences around the globe that are Keeping Up with the Kardashians every week (and the re-runs for KUWTK's must be equally as popular as the Friends sitcom’s re-runs on cable TV).

In 2014, Kim Kardashian reportedly raised £22 million from just turning up to Keeping Up with the Kardashians events. E! Entertainment has been babysitting the Kardashian family for so long that basically all of the news that comes out of the cable channel (E!) is systematically to do with in-syncing with the reality shows current topics of events. This is what is so great about trash television, in that almost everything is paid for beforehand so that the news appears to be revealing for the famous Kardashian family, when in reality they had everything cross-examined beforehand (and had a fee printed on the front of it).

KUWTK's: Famous for Being Famous - The World’s Most Well Known Reality TV Show Stars

The Kardashian family was filled with tight-knit convoluted past histories, and this served as the first controversial sight that this reality show might just be something spectacular. In every area of the entertainment business there is something kooky, unexpected, hateful-loveable entangled, and for some reason everyone is hating on it through the internet and yet everyone is secretly watching it in their spare time. You know, that summer at the age of 15 when you lost nearly half of your summer watching Keeping Up with the Kardashians, and every day you would be royally fizzling over the unsettlement between the family. Arguing over air time, family living situations, Rob being a lost cause - and so he needs to be edged out of the show, and everyone spends a half an hour looking into the failed relationships for Kim Kardashian, only to turn around to yet another half an hour looking deep into the minds of Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick. You know, sometimes there really is nothing to find out. That is them, the couple who do stupid things, talk about stupid things, wake up the next morning wasted after yet another stupid event. These people have children, and again our interests are peaked, as we stare deep into Kourtney’s shallow eyes and Scott’s ambitions to basically look ambitious. So, yep, Scott’s abandoning the family again to appear at some event in Las Vegas (sure, he gets paid, duh). "But, what about the influential young children that you are raising Scott (or should we say, Lord Disick). (pause, REWIND) Oh my, I loved the Scott Disick episode on KUWTK’s when Scott buys a cane (you know, an actual cane - from some super-expensive store), and his immediate thinking is that he must be a male fashion icon (so much fun). Yeah, that had to have been a fun episode."

Kim Kardashian - Famous for Being Famous

Kim Kardashian is famous all across the entertainment industry, and she has had a really tough time getting people to forget that she has a pond somewhere on the internet where she committed an unforgivable act of love (before the presence of her growing fan base). This may be one of the key reasons why certain people are returning to Keeping Up with the Kardashians weekly because this woman is clearly ballsy. She has been forgiven, and better yet, the high life reality show and the pond have been allowed to co-exist with one another, and many would dislike the famous personality for her ill response to a different side to the entertainment industry.

Kim Kardashian is currently living the life of a responsible mother, and is married to the RnB superstar, Kanye West. And, yet more rumours have been flooding the KUWTK’s scene; in that supposedly Kanye West has been releasing music on his album that speaks ill of the Kardashian’s mother, Kris, and even goes as far as to bring up the subject of their greed (money, men, and screen time). This is all likely true, but wouldn’t Kanye West’s fans (and general music market audiences) appreciate the artist more for being respectful towards the mother, grandmother, aunts/uncles, and close blood relatives to his child.

Kourtney Kardashian - Famous for Being Famous

Kourtney Kardashian is the sensible Kardashian sister/sibling, and has given birth to multiple children with her baby father, Scott Disick. Kourtney is the one to talk reason to her older siblings, and is very much on board with the Keeping Up with the Kardashians brand, as she is always looking to expand their reach. This is quite admirable given her family that is only growing, and really puts a reality touch into the show that family life is not all hunky dory, even for the rich and wealthy. Kourtney remains grounded; not drinking, partying, going to crazy events with the rest of her siblings, and she certainly comes across as an exceptional mother to her children.

Scott Disick, the baby father to Kourtney Kardashian’s children is quite the mouthful. He is rude, pompous, arrogant, ignorant, at times completely stupid, and has no idea how to fit in with the Kardashian family. Because of this, Scott simply winds up in trouble getting ridiculously over-drunk at KUWTK events, and remains to be one of the most entertaining assets working within the reality shows unit of family-interconnected members. The rest of the Kardashian family can be somewhat wild, but Scott Disick is the one that fans of the show sympathise with, as he is the only child for his own family background, and throughout the shows progression he loses both of his parents (both deceased). Scott Disick is the only Keeping Up with the Kardashians star that is not legally connected to the family, as Kourtney and Scott have never officially tied the knot on their marriage. In some ways, it appears as though this works better for Kourtney, as she feels that Scott is still too immature to be her husband, but Scott meanwhile is going nuts being the bad boy on the show, and this peaks (in out of control fun) when he attends Las Vegas club events.

Khloe Kardashian - Famous for Being Famous

Khloe Kardashian is the intelligent Kardashian sister/sibling, and is perhaps the closest to Kim Kardashian, as the two of them believe they are more fun, since Kourtney is always heavy into the life of a parent and partner to a drunk/liability of a person. Khloe is also close to Scott Disick, as the two of them are always chatting and going places together in the KUWTK’s show. The two of them occasionally pull pranks on the Kardashian siblings, run antics with one another, and they often turn up to events with one another. Kourtney is also close to Khloe, and the relationship between the two siblings is strong, and the entire Kardashian family turns to Khloe when advice is a necessary must.

Khloe can also be the wild one, and has been known to go to her fair few events to get wasted and have a good time. Her relationship with Omar (the famous basketball player) ended in catastrophe, and at the time of Khloe’s moving out; they even had an incident where Lamar’s jewellery had been stolen. Given how gullible the KUWTK’s audiences are, this is something that we all bought as it happened, and were like; “oh no, Lamar is a nice guy, this is such a stressful time for Khloe, and now some camera crew member (sorry, just joking) has stolen her precious possessions”. When in reality, behind the scenes - Ryan Seacrest is like, “do you know what would be hilarious, is if Khloe, Kris and everyone else could act as though items of jewellery have been stolen, as we have to create some kind of drama”. Kris’s reaction - “will we get paid an actors fee?”. Ryan’s reaction - “sure, Kris, we know you like money”. Khloe’s reaction - OK, I’ll give my earnings to Rob (brother)”. Ryan’s reaction - “sure, and I’ll go find out how long Kim has left to live before I’ll have to find an alternate producing job… oh, hell, I make more money than Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney combined anyway”.

Rob Kardashian - Famous for Knowing Famous

That last name, Rob, looks a ton lot like the surname of that Kim family, so I guess there must be something going on here. Nope, he’s just the brother sponging off his mother and siblings - or, at least, this is how KUWTK’s paints the man to be. He also has a rumoured relationship with a dying reputation singer “Tyga”, and the whole world is just wondering how he sold so damned many designer socks.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner - Famous for Being Famous

Kendall Jenner is a model, perhaps even a super-model. Difficult to know which, and oh, she does Victorias Secrets runway modelling gigs. She has also been pictured on the front of fashion magazines all over North America, and her personality can be heard in echoes across Twitter and Instagram.

Kylie Jenner is the tad younger sister to Kendall, and has become a social media magnet, being extremely popular across Twitter and Instagram. Kendall is known for having the supermodel physique, whereas Kylie Jenner is known for the lip-injections to make her lips look more saucy on her resumé, and the whole world has been talking about those lips, so perhaps that is a girl with her head screwed on.

Oh, and yes, Kendall and Kylie Jenner have written a fantasy novel together, until it was announced that they had a ghost writer do the majority of their writing material for the book. Surely Kendall and Kylie at the very least provided the books title - hmmm, this one is in dispute, but is a possibility - if that is enough information to warrant the purchasing of their book.
