Humphrey Bogart

“I should have never switched from scotch to martinis"

This was the last words uttered by Humphrey, he was joking with a friend while he was in the hospital on his death bed. He then went to sleep and never woke up. He died in 1957 from Esophagus Cancer.

Joe Dimaggio

“I finally get to see Marilyn”

Joe was talking about Marilyn Monroe, they were former lovers and it was said that he never fully recovered from her death. Joe died in 1999 from lung cancer.

Bob Hope

“Surprise me”

This was the answer to his wifes question of where he would like to be buried. Bob died in 2003 at the age of 100. His wife, Dolores dies in 2011 at the age of 103.

Jimmy Stewart

“ I’m going to be with Gloria now”

You could say that this is a love story right out of a book. Jimmy was referring to his wife Gloria who died three years earlier. They had been married for 44 years.

Walt Disney

“Kurt Russell”

This was not said but written on a piece of paper before Walt died. At the time Kurt Russell was an up and coming Disney actor. It is to this day not known why he wrote this. Walt died in 1966 from lung cancer.

Michael Landon

“ Your right, its time, I love you all.”

Michael was talking to his wife and children. Michael died in 1991 from pancreatic cancer.
