Before the Identity of Mysterion Was Revealed

In the third episode of the South Park Coon series we hope to find out who Mysterion is, that is right MAYBE, just maybe the identity is still not known. All of the kids know who it is, but it once again like when we wanted to know who Cartman's father was, we now want to know who Mysterion is. The most obvious person that it is not would be Cartman, so I will give that away to you guys right now! That is correct it is not Eric Cartman.

The possible candidates that were shown, after the process of elimination, only leaves 3 possible kids, and actually if you did a lot more scanning I am sure it would actually be pretty obvious. Kenny, Kyle and Clyde seem to be the front runners due to his voice, however you can quickly weed some of them out. It could be all of them, or it could be none of them, that's the thing. My best guess before watching the episode was wrong. I'm not sure why it wasn't more obvious to me.

The battle of becoming the symbol of South Park is upon us. I am so excited to see that battle between Cartman and the rest of the gang.

If you are wondering who Mysterion is check out the bottom of this page. You can also see the exact scene where Mysterion is revealed. Funny as always!

Mysterion Identity is revealed below

Want to watch the Coon Series?

If you were wondering where to South Park episodes-- use their site!! Just like any other South Park episode-- you can watch every episode of South Park on their website.

So basically unless you have been living under a rock-- you know that every episode can be found at

Every episode that Mysterion is in

The first episode can be found here:

  • The Coon ( Season 13 Episode 2) -- This first episode is separate from the next three to come, but it was the prequel for what was to come.

The next two are from season 14 and were back to back. (Season 14 episodes 11 and 12)

  • Do not fear Mysterion has come again and probably will in the future. He also makes an apperance in the episode "the Poor Kid"

If you want it to be ad free (aka no commercials) then be sure to get Adblock for your browser. It is an absolute must!

Speculation before the fact- Mysterion before I saw it

The character is voiced by Matt Stone, therefore that makes it impossible to pick who it is without further investigation. It could easily be Clyde, but there is no fun in that. If it was Kyle and he tricked Cartman that would be awesome. It is very possible that Mysterion has many identities and will continue to, please do not forget about that!

Just like they did in Scary Movie, you can't see who it is behind the disguise so it could be anyone! So as far as I'm concerned that's more or less what I think is going to happen, its going to be a huge joke on Cartman.

If there are any updates and any time this page will be updated.

Hindsight 20-20 it makes perfect sense to be the person that it is. His face is hidden and he has a special power that everyone takes for granted.

If you have seen every episode of South Park, play this!

The Stick of Truth is an RPG made by the creators of South Park and is certainly worth the play. You can check out the gameplay footage on youtube. You can expect it to be just like another episode/long movie of South Park with a strategic fighting system and plenty of laughs along the way. Without playing it-- from the looks of it this game is going to be a smash hit. Any South Park fan is going to have to play it in order to see the whole story. You don't want to be the only one who doesn't know what happened during the game.

I am not the biggest fan of RPGs, however I felt that I should mention the Stick of Truth RPG. The gameplay alone sold me, which is why I decided to take the time out to let you know about it. It is like playing a long episode of South Park, with all new jokes and plenty of surprises from past episodes.

Who is Mysterion?

Kenny is Mysterion

Kenny is Mysterion

Kenny is Mysterion, can you believe it! He has been talking this whole time... Something Kenny doesn't do(clearly)! I'm not sure that Matt and Trey knew who Mysterion would be to start, but either way it worked out well. Mysterion unlike the Coon has a real super power. Mysterion can die and come back to life the next day! Does this sound familiar to you? Oh my god, they killed Kenny! That's right, Kenny can die and come back to life, news flash right?!

Kenny does however consider it a curse. Who actually would want to continue to die and for no one to notice? It is like Groundhog Day except the days keep moving on.

You can even see him featured in a future episode.

This is the actual scene that reveals Kenny.

You do realize that they actually reveal that Kenny is Mysterion in the second episode of the trilogy, not the third, right?

Very good eye Dave that was very interesting. I am sure it was just an accident, but who knows it is a cartoon, maybe there is more than one Mysterion, that's what I originally thought was going to happen.

What I don't understand; If you play 'Coon 2: Hindsight (S14E11), at about 30 seconds into the intro, you see a whole lot of SP characters and the 'South Park' sign, snd then you see both Kenny and Mysterion...

So either Mysterion isn't Kenny, or somebody dressed up like him. Or Matt and Trey made a mistake XD

Also, Kyle was already known to not be Mysterion since he spoke to Mysterion in his bedroom in the first episode of the series.

We actually found out in the SECOND episode of the Coon series who Mysterion is; near the beginning or middle when Hindsight shows up in their base. Mysterion tells Hindsight to go ahead and shoot him. Then everyone else starts to leave and they refer to him several times as "Kenny" instead of Mysterion, thus: identity revealed, albeit somewhat discreetly. Sorry, had to post since I keep seeing sources saying it's the third episode, not the second. I haven't even watched the third episode yet.
