Curse of the media

Destruction of society

TV and other sources of modern media are amazing. We can watch anything at any time from anywhere in the world.
We get information sent right into our homes or to us when we are on the road in real time. We can access this information by computer, TV, smart phone or tablets. Life is Good! or is it?

It is a good thing to receive information of what is going on in the world, and it is nice to be able to relax in-front of a screen and watch a show.
However, much of what we receive is trash, nothing more than mind rotting filth. Also, the news we recive is twisted to fulfill an agenda of the government that is running the country. We saw this during the crisis in the United States after the September 11th attack on their soil. The news was told to inform the world that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction and was ready to use them any day. This type of media information spinning also occured during the Nazi era in Europe.
What else is modern media?
Look at the movies, either filled with violence (Blood and gore, destruction of human life) or sex, to name just a couple of mind rotting things on the screen.
TV shows are no different.
Why do we allow this trash to fill our eyes, minds and spirit? Why are we so drawn towards such filth?
Let us check what we take in and try--really try and replace it with good things.
The downfall of society, many are realising, comes from awful movies, tv shows, music and games. What we take in becomes a part of us.
Why else is there so much viloence and family break-ups in the world, especially in North America.
Be-careful, beware and think twice about what you partake of.
