Darius Rucker Hits The Road With The 2013 "True Believers" Concert Tour
Call it the "Hootie, Booty, and Cutie" tour - it's Darius Rucker's 2013 "True Believers" tour with supporting acts Rodney Atkins and Jana Kramer. Some dates will also include appearances by Justin Moore, Sheryl Crow, and the group Gloriana. The tour starts on May 9th in Estero, Florida and will make stops in nearly two dozen cities before the final concert in Clarkston, Michigan on June 30th.
Rucker will craft a nightly set list built with music from all three of his country albums, including his five #1 hits: “Come Back Song,” “This,” “Alright,” "It Won't Be Like This For Long," and "Don't Think I Don't Think About It" plus his current chart hit "Wagon Wheel."

Known for years as the frontman of the pop/rock group "Hootie & The Blowfish," Rucker formed the group while attending the University of South Carolina in 1986 along with the other band members Dean Felber, Mark Bryan, and Jim Sonefeld. After a brief solo career in the pop/rock genre, Rucker signed with Capitol Records Nashville and launched into a country music career that has already produced two CDs with the third, "True Believers," being released this year. Last October, Rucker was honored by being inducted as the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee.
