Margaret Minnicks has been an online writer for many years. She writes articles that are interesting to her readers.

Just one week after the announcement that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are becoming parents in the Spring of 2019, there are rumors that they already have a nanny.

According to Grazia, the happy couple has already enlisted the service of a professional nanny. There is no official confirmation that they have actually hired a nanny yet, but one has been suggested for the first baby of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Who Is Connie Simpson?

Connie Simpson, known as better known as Nanny Connie, has been highly recommended to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex by Amal and George Clooney. The Mobile, Alabama is a childcare veteran is a celebrity nanny.

The nanny said she has taken care of 257 babies over her 30-year career. Many of them have been children of celebrities. She has been the nanny for babies of well-known parents. She is an expert for taking care of twins.

  • Twins of Amal and George Clooney
  • Babies of Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake
  • Emily Blunt and John Krasinski
  • Jessica Alba and Cash Warren

Justin Timberlake praised the nanny on his Instagram page in June 2017 to his 50 million followers. He highly recommended her and called her "The Baby Whisperer" and a living angel.

Nanny Connie has taken care of so many babies that she has been advised to publish her tips. Her book, The Nanny Connie Way: Secrets to Mastering the First Four Months of Parenthood was released in April 2018. This book is a great resource for new parents. The 272- page book covers everything, including breastfeeding bathtime and bedtime for babies. There are stress-free tips for new parents as well.

Connie Simpson has dismissed the rumors that she has been hired as a nanny. In fact, she said she has not been contacted by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to be the nanny for their first child. If Nanny Connie is hired, she will come with 30 years of childcare experience.

Connie Simpson Denies Rumors That She Will Be Nanny for the Royals

More than likely Prince Harry and Meghan will be hands-on parents like Prince William and Catherine. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge take their own children to school and do a lot of things regular parents do for their children instead of leaving everything up to nannies.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have said on many occasions how excited they are to be parents. Therefore, they will probably be very present in the life of their little one when it arrives next spring.

According to several British newspapers, if Connie Simpson is hired she will help Meghan Markle and Prince Harry take care of their first baby.

Even though she has had other jobs, she considers caring for babies to be her calling. Celebrities seek her out to be the nanny for their children.

What About Meghan's Mom Doria Ragland?

It has been reported on several occasions that Meghan's mom, Doria Ragland, is moving to England to be near her daughter and first grandchild. This doesn't mean that she will be the nanny. Ragland said she is very happy to become a grandmother.

Other Nanny for Royals

It is not unusual for celebrities to have nannies to help them take care of their babies. Royals are no exceptions. Most of them have a nanny to help them out with their children.

Alexandra Shân "Tiggy" Legge-Bourke was the nanny and later a companion for both Prince William and Prince Harry. She was a personal assistant to Prince Charles between 1993 and 1999.

Tiggy Legge-Bourke is still connected to the family. She attended Prince Harry and Meghan's wedding on May 19, 2018.

Prince William and Catherine are using Maria Borrollo as the nanny for their children. While there are rumors that Connie Simpson will be Prince Harry and Meghan's nanny, there is no confirmation. In fact, Simpson has denied the rumors.

Time will tell the truth about the nanny the couple selects for their firstborn.
