This mugshot picture has become so popular after the controversial new immigration law in the state of Arizona. Some experts comment that the amount of interest this one picture generated shows some Americans' attitudes about race, immigrants and how they are interested in an immigration reform that is long overdue.

Who is Dora The Explorer? She is a lovable cartoon character with big eyes and a great smile with her friend Boots, the monkey is a Nickelodeon creation and speaks spanish fluently. How are lawmakers going to address the estimated 12 million illegal immigrants in America. Dora is even more popular than Mickey Mouse among some kids as the program is more interactive and educational.

Nickelodeon declined to comment on Dora's background, and her place of birth or citizenship. From her looks, you can see from the pictures on this page that she has brown skin, dark hair and some experts who have studied the show say she speaks Spanish with an American accent. Why is such a beloved character that happens to speak Spanish is getting into the Arizona immigration overhaul? This is all because of the new law passed in the state of Arizona by Arizona Governor Jan Brewer to combat illegal immigration. This law gives the police the authority to check the immigration status of anyone. Some say this law is a violation of human rights. Also check out the video given on this page to see about the Dora The Explorer Illegal Immigrant Scandal.

This only shows how ignorant some people are about their thoughts Of xenopobia & racism in general. Dora is most likely from Mexico, & has Latino parents & A Latino Cousin (Diego-How Come nobody says anything about his So-called Illegality? Sexism.maybe?) Dora Is Cute, polite, & Always does the right thing, so what's wrong with her? I'd rather adopt her for a Surrogate daughter than trust a bigoted politician anytime. Now, Swiper , the other hand, because he's considered a Thief & a Kleptomaniac Might give people the wrong impressions that Mexicans are Sneaky Theieves.Insane, isn't it?
