I read the book and I think its amazing. Personally for me, the spiritual journey began when I took the "Art of Living Course" and since then I have experienced enhanced joy and peace of mind. I just thought I would share this, there is a stress reduction workshop happening at the Concordia University in Montreal this thursday evening. I am going. You should all come and experience how amazing it is. For more info, visit: www.destressmontreal.info

I would go to Africa to Nigeria, Senegal and Ghana to shop and have clothing made, I would then go to see the pyramids and all the Egypt has to offer (3 mos). My second stop would be South America I would love to exlore Belize and neighboring countries for 3 mos. Then the Jamaica (HIV education) or Haiti (to help rebuild). and then my last 3 mos in Hawaii to relax, meditate and cook somewhere for others. I pray every day and anywhere so I don't need a specific spiritual place. I just want to slow my brain down and write and cook and love. That would be perfect for me.

I'll be the first to comment. I would go to Australia, Ireland, Bora Bora, and China, in that order.
