Who's that pretty teenage lady? Is that Anne Curtis? Well, look again. The smiling girl is no longer than her sister named Jasmine Curtis-Smith, who is now making a name for herself in the Philippine showbizlandia.
Jasmine Curtis-Smith is the younger sister of the 'Princess of All Media in the Philippines' Anne Curtis. Her entrance to the showbiz world was quite anticipated eversince the elder sister kept on sharing stories about the little one in her intimate interviews. Early last year, the Australia-based teen went to the Manila for a vacation. While in their mom's beloved home country, she was invited to guest in ABS-CBN's morning talent show called 'Showtime'. For weeks, she performed in a number of song and dance presentations and the madlang people simply loves her!
With that given, she caught the interest of the executives of TV5 a.k.a Kapatid network. A few months after, she was introduced as one of the network's bet for stardom!

For her first major project, she was paired with JC de Vera in the TV version of 'Ang Utol Kong Hoodlum'. The action-romance movie was originally done by Robin Padilla and Vina Morales. The show was taped in Manila and Melbourne.
The JC-Jasmine tandem is widely accepted by the Kapatid viewers. Good news to all Jasmine fans! She is now set to do the remake of the romance-fantasy 'Leya: Ang Pinakamagandang Babae sa Ilalim ng Lupa', It was an afternoon show in GMA-7 shown a few years ago with Nadine Samonte playing the title role.
