Finally! Prince of Persia
Watching movies in theater is a luxury on my part. Oftentimes, I just borrow CDs and DVDs from friends so I can watch also the movies that I liked.
Last Saturday was one of my luckiest days. My sister just asked me if I want to watch the movie: The Price of Persia. At first, I have doubts to say yes and you why. For almost an hour of being in the state of “hesitation” I said a big yes. I am a video game aficionado and that pushes me to make that decision though I wasn’t sure though that she will pay the movie ticket for me.
While my sister queue to get a ticket for us, I roam around and saw the poster of the movie that we are about to watch. The poster tells every person that will take a look at it that, the boy and a girl are allies (protagonist) and the other on the other side is the enemy (antagonist). And the poster did gives me an overview of the movie.
For almost two hours of watching The Price of Persia, as much as possible, I did not blink my two eyes. I simply find the movie beautiful because it is comparable to reading Paulo Coelho’s books. It’s magical and at the same time philosophical. It’s like hitting two birds with one stone. The story for me is simple and sometimes predictable. But what made it spectacular are the effects that are close to reality. Moreover, the stunts are breathtaking.

In conclusion, despite of the movie’s predictability and simplicity, I will still give a grade of A+. For the true value and greatness of the movie measured on how much it affects people’s hearts-and it does to me.
