    You're right MM. I know of at least one cover by the girl group, Trinitee 5:7 who actually had one of their biggest hits penned by R Kelly. Thanks for reading.

    Those are some powerful songs on that list. What about "Love" by Musiq Soulchild? I think a Gospel artist actually covered it a few years ago.

    A band called Extreme wrote a song called Watching, Waiting back in the late 80's. Some nice Christian lyrics in that one.

    The band, U2 is known for some Christian lyrics in their music. A couple of examples are Yahweh and When Love Came to Town.
