Harry's List of Top Ten Loveliest Girls on TV Shows
Top Ten Hottest Characters on TV Shows
I love TV. I love women. It only makes sense that I combine the two and write about them here. Throughout this article you will be informed about these characters that I like.
One time, a friend asked me my top celebrity crush and instead of saying a celebrity name I said a character name. Perhaps because I consider personality and identity as well and not just physical qualities. As she was shocked by this, I figured I should write about my top ten crushes on the TV shows I watch.
For most of them, you really have to watch the show to understand why I like them. As I have said, the personality and character really plays a big part. If you don't watch these shows then I highly recommend that you do. Here are some of the top ten girls I consider hottest that are on my favorite TV shows.
April Ludgate of Parks and Recreation
This girl. Oh, April Ludgate. Most especially in the earlier seasons where she would rarely smile. I actually have a collection of screenshots of her smiling. That's how much I really like her. My day will automatically be better every time I see her smile. And I preserve those moments by taking screenshots haha.
Her deadpan personality is just the most adorable in the universe. I love everything about her. I can't even begin to explain what she does to me. None of the girls below can match her. She tops it for sure. I actually have to restrain myself right now or else this whole post will be about her and I won't even write about the other girls anymore. Surely I'll post real soon about her and include the tons of screencaps I have on her.
Allison Cameron of House M.D.
She's just so ethical. That's really the only way I can put it to words. For someone so pretty, I don't understand how she can remain so ethical and intellectual. That's why I love girls who are both pretty and smart, I guess. Beauty with substance. And values, of course, not just intellect.
There are times when she's borderline naive because of her values but I love how she tries to stand for her principles. I admire that so much. My personal favorite is season 3 and I really love her there. Especially that episode "informed consent" where she was faced with ethical dilemmas and she had to take tests without consent and perform euthanasia and stuff like that (that part was mostly implied though). She's just so hot and smart in that episode.
Alex Hunter of White Collar
I really don't undersand Neal's obsession for Kate or why he likes Sarah. Alex is the best out of all of them. Alex is so adventurous. She's also so mysterious and I love that about her. I guess the only problem with her is that she's so risky being that she's already double crossed Neal before.
Liz Lemon of 30 Rock
Sense of humor is very rare in women. Women would usually say that they like sense of humor in guys but really most them are the one's lacking in sense of humor. I guess this is why I really like Liz Lemon because of her quirky and random sense of humor. She's also so socially awkward but not in a bad way. It's really adorable. Liz out.
Olivia Dunham of Fringe
Olivia Dunham is, again, one of the most significant of all the girls here. I honestly don't like the plot of season 4 anymore but I'm compelled to watch because I want to know what happens. She's just so sweet, caring, and loving, and soo cute in spite of her having such an action packed life most especially in the earlier seasons. You can really see how much she cares like toward Peter or Walter or when saving the innocent in her daily life as an FBI/Fringe division agent. I can only imagine what goes through her mind, all that confusing sci-fi stuff going on around her. She's always just so strong and ethical (just as Cameron is above).
Sydney Bristow of Alias
I've actually re-watched Alias very recently. It's really so amazing how she's a literature grad student and at the same time a spy! haha. I really love how she asked Vaughn to watch hockey with her. Again, my linking for her is more on the earlier season. I guess this is true for many of these girls. I do love the tension and chase more. Plus, different seasons usually have a lot of changes in the characters. I absolutely love Sydney Bristow most especially in the first season.
Shannon Rutherford of Lost
Aha, third J.J. Abrams character in a row. This is probably the most superficial of all. I really hate the "damsel in distress" kind of women but if you're as hot as Shannon, then I'm so game to be stuck in an island with you anytime. I was actually choosing between her and Kate. I mean, Kate is hot and all but I really don't like her personality. She can be very annoying sometimes. I remember how Shannon wanted to feel like she had purpose so she wanted to be the dog's keeper and she'll get so frustrated every time Vincent gets lost haha so cute.
Pam Beesly of The Office
There's actually a lot of things I hate about Pam especially how she treated Jim a couple of times. Aside from that I really like her character. She's a frustrated artist who has an amazing sense of humor (always playing pranks with Jim). I love how she deals with Michael's random shenanigans. There's really a lot of episodes that are Pam-centric that really shows the depth of her character.
Whitney Miller of Master Chef
Okay, fine, she's not a character. But hey, it's my list haha. It's true what they say that the fastest way to a man's heart is through his stomach. You gotta love a woman who can cook. Also, I absolutely love that southern accent on her. And her cheeks are so fat and cute; they're so adorable.
