I'm Reed Fish Film Review

Updated on July 18, 2012

I'm Reed Fish is a 2007 romantic comedy starring Jay Baruchel and Alexis Bledel. The film is about a small town radio presenter trying to live up to the reputation of his dead father. It centres of a love triangle between Reed Fish's fiance (Alexis Bledel) and an old high school friend who comes back to town.

I saw this film for free on blinkbox and didnt expect much, but after watching it i was suprised id never heard of it. The film is a quirky romactic comedy with a bit twist. The film perfectly captures the idea of small town America in such a vivid way that you really get a feel for the fictional Mud Meadows , where the film is set. The film also has great unique characters which are wondefully portrayed by the cast and the dialogue is original and funny. The only down side to this film is probably the ending, but i dont want to give to much away. Its defiantly worth a watch and i give it 7 out of 10.
