At some point in our lives, we experience stress whether it be with our marriage, other relationships, children, or various circumstances.
I have experienced being stuck in heavy traffic when I have to be somewhere at a certain time, deadlines at my job, not enough time to complete on my bills and at the banks, when tough times and days seem hopeless and there is no change, when critical relatives from out of state decide to come and stay a week at your house unexpectedly, and a lot more different ways as well. I am sure you have experienced some of this and other situations as well.
I have learned many ways to manage stress.
