Unless you have been living under a rock for the last few months you have probably seen the names Jamie Dornan or Dakota Johnson on your search homepages. Also if you are a reader of magazines such as "People" or "Us Magazine" you have seen their names plastered on the covers. There names are in the media daily with the release of their highly anticipated movie in February 2015, there stars are going to shine brighter. However, prior to being cast in the movie "Fifty Shades of Grey" they were both rather unknown stars.

Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson are the stars of the highly anticipated movie "Fifty Shades of Grey" with a release date of Feb. 2015. The movie is an adaptation of E.L. James's best selling first of three in a trilogy novel set "Fifty Shades of Grey", "Fifty Shades Darker", and "Fifty Shades Freed."

Believe it or not the hot, young, talented, and sexy Jamie Dornan was not the first choice of the title character Christian Grey in the movie "Fifty Shades of Grey." The movies first choice was Charlie Hunnam was signed on to star as the character but a few weeks after accepting the job, he backed out. Stepping up to fill his shoes was Jamie Dornan.

Jamie Dornan is a Northern Irish actor. A relatively unknown actor in the states prior to be cast in "Fifty Shades of Grey." Prior to hitting it big in the film "Fifty Shades of Grey" his biggest role to date was on the television series "Once Upon a Time." On the television series Dornan played the part of Sherriff Graham Humbert in present time, and the huntsmen in the past. He appeared on the television series for eight episodes until he was killed by the evil queen.

His next big role was on an Irish television show starring opposite of Gillian Anderson in the television series "The Fall" which he plays a serial killer who is terrorizing Belfast, Ireland residents.

Prior to starring on television you may have spotted Dornan romancing actress Kiera Knightly from 2003 - 2005. The two were a couple for two years. However the couple did not last and Dornan would go onto marry singer-songwriter Amelia Warner in 2013 and the two had their first child, a girl, in November 2013.

Dornan has two older sisters and attended Teesside University. However he did not graduate from the university. Soon after beginning his college career he dropped out and moved to London to pursue his acting career. While in London, Dornan became a member of the folk band "Sons of Jim" until the band broke up in 2008. The band toured with KT Tunstall on her concert tour.

You may feel like you have seen Dornan's face before and the truth is you probably have. If you are not a fan of "Once Upon a Time" chances are you have seen Dornan plastered on billboards. Dornan was a model for Calvin Klein, Dior, Armani, and Aquascutum. Dornan model with actresses Eva Mendes and model Kate Moss.

Dakota Johnson was born on October 4, 1989 and is the daughter of actors Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson. Johnson was an unknown until being cast as Anastasia Steel in the highly anticipated movie "Fifty Shades of Grey." Before being cast in the movie, Johnson's most relevant role was in the movie "The Social Media" which she plays a one night stand of Justin Timberlake's character. She also has minor roles in the movies "Beastly", "21 Jump Street", and "Need for Speed".

You may have seen Johnson when she was Miss Golden Globe in 2006. For a short amount of time Johnson could be seen on the short lived television series "Ben and Kate" which she starred as the lead role, however the series was cancelled after one season.

In addition to appearing "Fifty Shades of Grey" Johnson will also be seen starring with Johnny Depp in the movie "Black Mass" which will be released in 2015. Johnson will play the role of the mother of Depp's child in the movie.

Just as Dornan was a model, Johnson to modeled for some her career. She was signed with IMG Models and appeared in ads for MANGO Brand Jeans.
