The biggest lead role that Hewitt has played lately has been in giving birth to her daughter, Autumn, just weeks after The Client List was canceled.

She secretly married the father, Brian Hallisay, five days before the delivery in an “intimate” ceremony. "It was just the two of us and then we went to Bed, Bath & Beyond because that's what married people do," she said. "It was really sweet."

Jennifer Love Hewitt will be joining television’s Criminal Minds as a regular this fall.

Entertainment Weekly says she will play Kate Callahan, “a seasoned undercover agent.” Known for her lead role in The Client List where she’s been from 2010 to 2013. The new role has been deemed rather hard around the edges and Hewitt might have to work to pull it off.

Hewitt openly shares that the pregnancy weight hasn’t all come off and it’s okay with her.

She’s slowly working on it by doing Zumba and swimming. She told US Magazine, "I really thought I was going to be super consumed with trying to get my body back to the way it was before, and now that I'm a mom, I'm like I don't want to be that girl again because that girl didn't have a baby and didn't have a great husband and didn't have this blissful existence that I'm having now.”

Her main focus on losing weight tends to focus on being a good example for her daughter.

"I have a girl so I want her to see some day why her mom has good self-esteem and good body issues," she said. "It gets you down sometimes. I'm not going to lie. I've had days where I'm like, 'Ugh, I wish this was easier.' But it's not, and that's OK." In a time when beautiful women with perfect bodies saturate the cover of magazines and television and almost everything says that women should be perfect, Hewitt’s philosophy is refreshing.

A Norwegian study posted at Huffington Post found that “around 1 in 5 girls felt they were fat, compared to just 1 in 11 teenage boys.

Dr. C. Barr Taylor, director of the anxiety disorders clinic at Stanford Medical Center and an expert in eating disorders said the figures are comparable to U.S. estimates.”

“Women are always being told to change or be different -- lose weight, fight aging, smooth your skin, get rid of cellulite,” says Taryn Brumfitt, a photographer

Brumfitt is most known for a photo she posted of herself on Facebook last year. It was a before and after picture of her. The before picture was when she was a body builder and the after picture was of her after childbirth a bit heavier. She got over 3 million hits.

Brumfitt is committed to helping women everywhere improve their body image.

Brumfitt asked 100 women to describe their body and negative words like wobbly, imperfect, stumpy, short, frumpy and disgusting were used. Brumfitt admits that the journey from hating her body to loving her body wasn’t an easy journey. She’s started a website and is working on a documentary that she hopes to fund through Kickstarter.

At one point, Brumfitt was considering having a boob job and a tummy tuck.

She cancelled the surgery after pondering what that would teach her daughter. “How am I ever going to teach Mikaela to love her body as it is if her Mummy can’t do the same? How am I ever going to encourage her to accept and love the parts of her body that she doesn’t like without being a walking contradiction?”
