Time For Laughter

1. Dave Chappelle: Dave Chappelle has made the film "Half Baked" and three hilarious seasons of sketch comedy called "The Chappelle Show." Also, he has made several stand up comedy specials and he does stand up acts on a regular basis throughout the country. He is my one of my favorites because, he has a no holds barred approach and no subject is too sensitive. He sometimes will giggle at his own jokes which is very fun in of itself. Dave Chappelle gets the audience involved and he is "always on", as they say. Dave Chappelle seems so steady and relaxed on the stage like its a walk in the park for him to be naturally funny. This is a great night at the comedy club.

2. Daniel Tosh: Daniel Tosh is famous for his show called "Tosh.O." This is a show, in which he makes fun of internet videos but, he is really so much more than that. Daniel Tosh has a stand up act that is just a rough as Dave Chappelle and no subject is too sensitive. He loves talking on sensitive topics such as racism and homosexuality and getting stupid with it. Tosh knows that for him no subject is taboo and he covers them all. He has a bit called web redemption, where he will choose a video from the web and bring that particular person on the show and give them a chance to redeem themselves for doing something stupid or crazy.

3. Richard Pryor: Pryor inspired hundreds of comedians and he was a master story teller on the stage. If you heckled him, be prepared to get cracked on hard. Pryor was famous for several comedy movies and of course he is always R Rated or worse brand of humor. He also was known for talking to the crowd and getting the audience involved in his stand up acts. He could be full of controversy during the 70s and he wouldn't have had it any other way.

4. Eddie Murphy: Most people think of Eddie Murphy as Nutty Professor or one of his film roles. His role or roles, in Nutty Professor were spectacular. When he sits at the table and plays several of the characters, is priceless. He is a master of voices and his stand up acts entitled "Raw" and "Delirious" are some of the funniest and dirtiest stand up comedy but, it is undeniably hilarious. Murphy got his start on Saturday Night Live and from then on his career took off.

5. Anthony Jeselnik: Jeselnik is a funny stand up comic and has had several hour long specials. My favorite thing about Anthony Jeselnik, is the way he delivers his humor so nonchalantly. He has been on several Comedy Central Roasts and he can break you down with his fierce comedy.

6. Katt Williams: Williams has been in a few films including Friday After Next. He has roasted Flavor Flav and has had six stand up specials. He comes out like a pimp with his cane and cup but, his jokes are top notch by any standards. He leaves no subject unturned.

7. Don Rickles: Riclkles has been in lots of films including "Casino" but, his thing is the stage. He is the king of The One-Liners. Rickles would tear you a new one if you were in the front row. This is one comedian that I promise you do not want to heckle. Also, Rickles was known on occasion to poke fun at himself and famous people were definitely the brunt of many of his jokes.

8. Adam Sandler: Although Adam Sandler is most famous for his forty or so comedy films and his stint on Saturday Night Live, he is also a stand up comedian who pushes laughter to the limit with his stories and his singing on stage. Sandler is unique because of his hil arious songs that he sings while playing the guitar.

9. Chris Rock: Rock has had several hit comedy films but, to see him onstage is something indeed. He will find any subject or person and tear into them with no remorse. He tours to comedy clubs on a regular and has had a few HBO Stand Up Specials.

10. Gilbert Gottfried: Gottfried is a staple of the stand up comedy scene. Gilbert may have a screechy voice but, boy you don't want him picking on you! He is a regular on the Comedy Central Roasts and believe me he will roast you.

Adam Sandler

Adam Sandler is an actor and comedian but his singing on stage is truly hilarious. He has been a stand up comedian and of course a writer and actor on Saturday Night Live during his historic comedy career.

Come Back Chappelle!

Dave Chappelle has been in several movies most notably Half Baked. His television hit entitled Chappelles Show was hilarious. Bring this show back. He made two and a half seasons and it aired weekly on Comedy Central. The show sometimes opened with the famous line, "Welcome to America's number one source for offensive comedy".
