Lil Wayne to sue Birdman and Cash Money
In case you haven’t heard yet, the famous YMCMB music group is slowly falling apart. Apparently, Birdman (the brain behind cash money records) has been stealing money from his own “family”. Just a couple of months ago, Young Money rapper Tyga affirmed his disappointment with the cash money label claiming that they still owed him money. We also witnessed Lil Chucky walk away from the group needless to mention Jay Sean’s frustrations after the label allegedly refused to pay him too.
The heat still seems to build up even further after Lil Wayne, the founder of young money, claimed that Birdman stole $30 million directly from his bank account. The angry rapper went further to paint Birdman in mud calling him greedy and a killer of dreams. This only comes after a heated beef arose between the two screen idols when Lil Wayne averred that Birdman was keeping his album, the Carter V, from hitting the market. The carter v was scheduled for release in early may but now as we hit the end of December, there are still no signs of the album.
Lil Wayne, after growing edgy, threatened to sue cash money records and leave for good. Birdman on the other hand doesn’t seem so threatened. He still maintains that the album has a lot of tweaks to be worked on before it goes on air. Sources close to birdman confirm that he has already shifted his mentor effort to Young Thug, an upcoming artist. Turns out Lil Wayne might just end up solo after all. Anyway, who knows...? This might just be a chance for him to live his dream the Tunechi style!
