MTV VMA 2010: Is it really a "Bad Romance" for Lady Gaga?
Bad Romance turned into eight MTV awards
"Rara, o-lala...mama, oh-Gaga, ....want your bad romance."
Who wouldn't be lured with the intro of this disco tune from Lady Gaga, with all the mixes made by popular deejays housed at popular nightclubs or disco joints? Her uprecedented luck overwhelmed the 27th MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles last night, September 12th, 2010.
With thirteen nominations on her sleeves, Lady Gaga outshone other nominees by taking home eight awards for her Bad Romance, including Video of the Year, much to the 'envy' of other nominees. Also included is Telephone, best collaboration with Beyonce.
She totally stole the limelight when the audience had known that what she was wearing last night was made from raw meat, designed by Franc Fernandez accessorized with a clutch and boots, also made of meat. The wierd outlook and smell, too, didn't altered Gaga's enthusiasm last night. (Note: I'm sure it will draw negative reactions from the group called People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals or PETA)
She changed another two attire during the entire evening, that created much stirs among other performers.
For sure, I can dub this hub as ' Lady Gaga's Night'. What do you think?

The Music of Lady Gaga
Lady Gaga (aka Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta (born March 28, 1986) had come along way in the world music scene since she launched her debut album Fame in 2008. From then on, there's no looking back and no resentment for this American recording artist as she continue touring the world showcasing her singing prowess. You wouldn't believe that she's also a prolific songwriter before she was pursued by the rap/hip-hop artist Akon under his label.
And the rest is history...
GOING SOLO & COLLABORATION
The music of Lady Gaga takes you back to the glamorous stylings of female dance artists, in the likes of Madonna or Cyndi Lauper, whom she admitted that the former is one of her music influences.
I first heard her first dance hit, Poker Face, when I was aboard a cargo vessel in May, 2008. Then, due to the persistence of my Filipino colleagues, I was able to buy an original album at one of supermarts in Toronto, Canada .
The beats of her music are infectious, that even if you're not fan, you're going to be influenced by other disco enthusiasts to tap your feet, gyrate your hips and dance to Lady Gaga's string of hits.
I even used one of her dance tunes, Eh Eh, Nothing Else I Can Say, for my travel video in Canada (third-party copyright warning was on it) although, I wrote a caution requesting YouTube Staff not to flag it.
When I went home for a vacation last September, 2009...(while starting to hub at HubPages) Bad Romance becomes an instant anthem for the brokenhearted and disco lovers. ( I still have to write our barhopping, along with my cousins and friends, dancing with this addictive Lady Gaga's monster hit, coming from her sophomore album The Fame Monster.
Massive radio airplay for Alejandro, her latest single again captured the hearts of Lady Gaga's fanatics. The repetitive "..Alejandro, Alejandro...Ale-Alejandro..." is often chanted by passing elementary students here in my place.
While cleaning the lawn around the house, I also started chanting this dance tune. I don't worry about my cousin-neighbors. They're used to my singing. I'm not out of tune, huh?! That's true
