'Married at First Sight': Meet Four New Couples From North Carolina
The finale of Season 8 of Married at First Sight ended on April 2, after seven weeks of marriage for four Philadelphia couples. The three experts, Dr. Pepper Schwartz, Dr. Jessica Griffin, and Pastor Calvin Roberson met with the couples to get their final decision.

In just a few weeks, Season 9 will begin on June 12 with four new couples from the Charlotte, North Carolina area. The newlyweds will be guided by three experts through the matchmaking process and during the seven-week marriage.
Dr. Jessica Griffin will not return as the relationship expert. The 41-year-old counselor is now engaged to 30-year-old Jon Francetic. If you remember the name, it is because he was married to Molly Duff during Season 6. After they divorced, he began dating Dr. Griffin who had counseled the couple. Dr. Griffin and Francetic got engaged last month and are already making wedding plans, according to both of their Instagram accounts.
Dr. Griffin is being replaced by family therapist Dr. Viviana Coles. Sociologist Dr. Pepper Schwartz and marriage counselor Pastor Calvin Roberson will return. Dr. Schwartz is the only original expert since Season 1. Pastor Roberson joined the panel during Season 4.
