Michael Kruse peeled off an acoustic flourish for his final performance of the summer at Sunset Bar & Grill in Warsaw, Kentucky.

Friday's finale marks the wrap of a two-month gig that infused the Ohio River ambiance on the deck at the Sunset Bar & Grill with Kruse's folk-rock blend of guitars and vocals, as he powered his way through the likes of Bob Dylan's "Hard Rain", The Box Tops "Letter" and R. Dean Taylor's "Indiana Wants Me" among other visceral renditions.

Kruse no sooner wraps up his gig before heading for a two-week trip to Rome.

An exhibition of his photographs opens for the First Fridays event in Vevay, Indiana on September 7. The exhibition at the Switzerland County Community Arts Center in the heart of historic Vevay will run throughout the month.
