04: Bangerz

Miley's 4th and latest studio album was named 'Bangerz' and was released in 2013.

Bangerz marked a turning point in the music career of Miley Cyrus. The album brought out a whole new Miley we have never seen before. The album was described as 'dirty south hiphop' by Miley herself.

Bangerz contained many tracks featured by popular artists such as Britney Spears, French Montana, Future, Ludacris, Nelly and the album was produced by Mike Will Made It and Miley Cyrus.

Bangerz contains 13 tracks and some popular hits such as We Can't Stop, SMS, My Darlin', Wrecking Ball and FU. The two singles of the album We Can't Stop and Wrecking Ball went on to top charts within days. We Can't Stop made it to Billboards Top 100.

Miley: The Talk of the World

Miley made a drastic turn in her life towards 2012/13. She officially let go of all her Hannah Montana self and embraced her true self. By her own words "a bad b****h".

Miley did some hot photo-shoots for Cosmopolitan, V and Elle magazines and many more. She also did many more photoshoots and cover shoots for magazines, tabloids, adverts, billboards and what not. All of a sudden Miley was everywhere.

Miley Cyrus took things to a whole new level with her music video for 'We Can't Stop' from her latest album Bangerz. There Miley was seen wearing sultry dresses and twerking. Twerking had befallen the Earth several decades ago, but the world got to know about it when Miley did it. So the video received a lot of positive and negative reviews which only made the video more and more popular. Currently it has 242 million views on YouTube.

Miley's biggest move was through the music video for the song 'Wrecking Ball', where she was fully naked and swinging on a wrecking ball. The world was shook, but Miley was not. Despite waves and waves of negativity Miley stood by what she did. She explains the brains behind these actions in her latest documentary named "Miley: The Movement". However, Wrecking Ball went on to receive 250 million views on YouTube.

Miley The Scandalous

Miley did not stop with We Can't Stop or Wrecking Ball. She went on to do some 'accidentally nude' photographs with the famous photographer Terry Richardson. Several images released in Terry Richardson's Tumblr page showed Miley in some nude photographs.

It is very much clear her innocent, small-town Hannah Montana days are done and dusted and she wants to rebrand herself as who she really wants to be. In her documentary she commented that this is not a phase, but rather a transition in her life and career. She wants to be among the stars. She wants to grow up. She wants to make history.

My pleasure. Miley is trying to over sell her sensual side, it kinda gets tiring.

I just write according to the guidelines given by HubPages. If you follow them you can't go wrong.

Miley Cyrus just released her music video for Adore You, which is pretty disturbing to watch as well.

      Boston, thanks for the comment.

Did you watch 'Miley: The Movement'? It's a documentary about herself about her recent changes. Miley maybe going berzerk, but according to her everything has an underlying plan and a long term goal. Madonna was a person who went super berzerk and she's a legend now. I cannot predict the future of Miley Cyrus, but I hope everything goes well. Also remember, Miley's manager is her mother, so she's is there every step of her way (maybe not in the nude photoshoot scene). But she is under guidance at all times.

God help her. She may be responding to some terrible things that happened to her - in any way - while growing up in Hollywood. The actions coming from her are no born of "talent" or even of testing boundaries. it looks like hate and rage and she's so "bad off" right now in testing those bad emotions that she's not even trying to be legitimate in terms of being n entertainer. I think five years from now, she'll have lot to both look forward to and to contemplate, but for now, she's just a mad kid with a microphone and the attention of the whole world. God help her.

Yes, definitely. People think she's crazy, but I think she's got everything planned out. It has become almost impossible to rise in the entertainment industry without controversy. So she created her own controversy and now she's more famous than ever. She gets more YouTube hits than ever. In that sense Miley's 'crazy' campaign was a success.

I think Miley is great and I enjoyed reading here about her career and life. I like how she's grabbed the public's attention and has reinvented herself and has become a major success. She's gone down the road of Cher and Madonna who have outlasted their critics.
