Miss Moonlight

 Miss Moonlight

by Chuck RitenouR 9-9-2K3

verse 1:

Some folks say there's a man in the moon but I know the moon is a lady

In all her glory shining so bright she drives every man grazy

yeah and its alright, she's a lady all night

its gonna be alright, I call her Miss Moonlight.

verse 2:

When she smiles at the Earth, you know the oceans rise

she's a soft light for lovers in the midnight sky

yeah and its alright holding each other all night

holding on so tight, I call her Miss Moonlight

chorus:

The sun's too hot and it can be too bright

and stars fall from the sky every night

When the sky is cloudy and filled with rain

well I just can't wait to see her again.

verse 3:

She's a prima ballarina dancing across the sky

so nimble so graceful, it makes you want to cry

yeah and its alright, she's a lady all night

its gonna be alright, I call her Miss Moonlight

the end
