Movie Review of "2012"
I went to see the movie "2012" in theaters and it was an amazing movie in my opinion. The storyline and the special effects kept me on the edge of my seat until the very end of the movie. I was glued to the screen the whole time and not once did I give out a yawn or lose interest in the film.
I was gone from my current place and time and was transported into the world of "2012". I was living the storyline of each character. I felt their sorrow and their fears. I felt their hopes for survival, their struggles to make it out alive, and sometimes their surrender when it seemed as if there was no way they could save themselves from the catastrophic disaster that had taken over their existence.
The movie moved me in many ways and took me on a thrilling ride for the 158 minutes of its running. When it came to an end and the credits started to roll I did not make a run for the exit. I stayed glued to the screen listening to American Idol's Adam Lambert sing Time for Miracles. It was the perfect song and he was the perfect choice to sing this song. His vocals were filled with passion, power, and a bit of theatricality. I am a huge Adam Lambert fan and this song is one of my favorites.I have listened to Time for Miracles many times and I am moved by the vocals, the lyrics, and the beautiful melody that make up this unforgettable song every sing time.
"2012" is one of my favorite movies and I think it is one of the best movies of all-time. It is a movie that will never be forgotten and in my opinion will live on from generation to generation.
Blu-ray version of one of the greatest movies of all-time! A must-see even if you've already seen it...
