1. Comet Lucifer

Genre: Adventure and Fantasy

Anime Summary: Amagi Sougo is a boy who’s into collecting shimmering crystals called giftium. Giftium are crystals that encompasses the surface of Gift, the world that Sougo lives in.

One day, while searching for rare giftium one night, a meteor/comet strikes Sougo without any repercussions. No injury, no consequence, just a dash of brilliant light and an ultra-rare giftium!

The next day, while Sougo is out roaming around town, he gets involve in a dispute between his friends. At the end, he falls inside a dark cave where he witnesses sketchy robots doing sketchy stuff, his rare giftium glowing, as well as a giant giftium suddenly transforming into a beautiful young girl.

Why it's a Must-Watch: Comet Lucifer is an adventure anime dealing with supernatural stuff mixed with mecha and action. Based on the first episode, which was strikingly strong, this anime is giving off the vibes that it will turn out to be something great. The visuals were crisp, the animation was profound, and the sound was so matching and reflective. Comet Lucifer does have an interesting plot, although quite generic, it does spark quite the interest. Overall, it’s an anime everyone should look forward to.

2, Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans

Genre: Action, Drama, and Mecha

Anime Summary: It all starts when Mikazuki Augus and the other boys of Chryse Guard Security takes on the mission of being bodyguards to a young girl named Kudelia Aina Bernstein. Since life has always been worse for Augus and the rest of boys, it’s inevitable that they would revolt one day. That day has come with their bodyguard duty with Kudelia.

With a surprise raid happening in the midst of Kudelia’s visit as well as the abandonment of the boys by the higher-ups for their own retreat, it’s up for Augus and the rest to enact their plans. A secret mobile suit, a fight-back plan, Augus and the rest, and Kudelia Bernstein - it’s time for another historic event to blaze the path towards the future.

Why it's a Must-Watch: Gundam, gundam, gundam…again?! Oh how many gundam series have materialized already, let me count the ways! But wait, there must be a reason why they come in numbers ever since then. And to date, this “Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans” might just have the potential to outshine the rest!

If you’ve watched Gundam before, then you’d know why it’s such a hype already. As for this one, the first episode actually kept me glued to the screen and wanting to watch the next episode. It doesn’t disappoint so far, and the suspense and thrill is building up gradually. I must say that this Gundam, Iron-Blooded Orphans, will be a first-rate installment to the Mobile Suit Gundam series. It’s evoking the feeling that it will be full of action, drama, and MECHAS!

3. One-Punch Man

Genre: Action, Comedy, Parody, Sci-Fi, Seinen, Super Power, and Supernatural

Anime Summary: Meet the strongest human ever - Saitama! He may be bald and average-looking but, with just one punch, everything goes KABOOM! One punch is all it takes to defeat any evil foe in existence.

He’s a superhero, yes, but he became one after an unyielding and super-harsh training. As a result, he became bald but with an unmatchable power! With every punch he throws comes crashing down a villain that knows nothing but destroying peace in the world. Saitama is the Caped Baldy - the One-Punch Man!

Why it's a Must-Watch: To be able to beat anyone in one punch, wouldn’t that be so interesting and even overwhelming? Well, our main hero, Saitama, has that power! And just so you know, this caped baldy might just one-hit KO you if you don’t watch his show.

Actually, One-Punch Man is the most anticipated anime of the Fall 2015 Anime Season. It has a mix of most genres and even its title is catchy enough to just miss. And also, the main character - he’s a baldy! Such a unusual happening! Maybe you should just catch the show yourself if you what to know what I mean. 4. Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru

Genre: Mystery

Anime Summary: Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteriru (also known as Beautiful Bones - Sakurako’s Investigation) trails the lives of the bone-loving lady, Sakurako Kujo, and the high school boy, Shotarou Tatewaki as they solve an array of cases that will test their mystery-solving prowess. Being an eccentric person who loves bones and the daughter of a famous forensic scientist, mysteries are eaten by Sakurako everyday for breakfast. As for Shotarou, he just happens to tag along with Sakurako in her bone-searching escapades, but every time they do so - they always find great specimens and discoveries! Despite Shotarou’s reluctance, he shall tag along with Sakurako for longer as more bone-searching escapades and mystery-solving adventures carry on.

Why it's a Must-Watch: There’s always been a lack of mystery anime, so now, Sakurako-san Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru will fill that lack! I’ve watched the first episode and all I could say is - beautiful! This anime is so mesmerizing that it seems very refreshing and new. I’ve just describe its surface quality but going deeper, it’s a big mystery! It seems that this will be a show that actually tickles brain cells with the mysteries and cases it hurls. With eccentric characters that are perfect with another, as well as the obscurity lurking around them, Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteriru is truly a gem to behold this Fall 2015 season.

5. Subete ga F ni Naru

Genre: Mystery

Anime Summary: In a certain island research facility, there lives a genius programmer named Shiki Magata who had spent most of her life there in solitary. She’s a genius but that doesn’t come without a catch - it’s said that she killed her own parents!

With Shiki Magata’s infamy, a certain associate professor from Nagono University named Souhei Saikawa and an intellectual lass named Moe Nishinosono badly wants to meet her. Unknown to both of them, the moment they meet her is the moment when they will inevitably caught up in a vicious game.

Why it's a Must-Watch: Yet another gem to behold this season, Subete ga F ni Naru is also a mystery anime you should never miss. I’ve witnessed its glamour and the first episode pretty much laid-out what was to be expected. Actually, even though things have been laid-out as such, still, expect the unexpected. This anime’s first episode did embody mystery as everything’s still foggy and still waiting to be figured out. It’s a mystery anime after all, and it did showcase its genre so far in a way that snatches your gaze and keep it locked onto the show. Crazy stuff and mind-boggling twists are very much expected of this show.

Anime Summary: In the middle of nowhere, a nameless young man suddenly appears as if fate is playing some tricks. The surrounding area was snowy and cold, and the young man knows nothing of what is happening. He just woke up there stranded in the midst of an unknown world. Then suddenly, a gigantic centipede-like creature shows up to attack the young man.

He runs for his life, he falls down a hole, and he encounters yet another dangerous creature. Now, it’s him, the centipede-like creature, and the mysterious dangerous creature. Fortunately, a animal-like girl comes to the rescue! Is she a friend or a foe? What the heck is happening? A new adventure in an unknown world begins!

Why it's a Must-Watch: Utawarerumono: Itsuwari no Kamen is another unusual sight to behold this season. It’s an adventure anime that shouts NEW from the rest. Just like some of the great shows to watch this Fall 2015, this one is also refreshing and truly captivating. It just doesn’t seem to compare with most anime shows in the past so far, and it takes on a new perspective. It’s clearly an anime of the adventure and fantasy departments but action and drama - let’s wait and see!

@factfactnomi Hehe. And that's why I didn't put them here. They're definitely must-watch too though. I also like Noragami Aragoto.

Nice list! I would like to add Owari no Seraph and Haikyuu (but they are in their second seasons) and Digimon Tri Adventure soon to come in a couple of days :)
