Best Psychological Netflix Series
Okay, I know that everyone has a taste of their own and you may not like the psychological genre but hear me out! I love anything a tiny bit scary, sprinkled with a ton of mystery and mind blowing plots and I'd love to share some of it with you!
Black Mirror, according to Wikipedia "examines modern society, particularly with regard to the unanticipated consequences of new technologies". It surely does. No doubt. It is mind blowing. Each and every episode has its own storyline. The whole series are very disturbing, however they really make you dive into the secrets of technology. I strongly recommend, in case you haven't watched it. Just give it a go! You will be stunned!
Prison Break is quite old Fox series (now on Netflix) released back in 2005. Don't get scared of the archaic... I know it's old. However, it is sooo good! The story of the two brothers Lincoln Burrows and Michael Scofield takes place in a prison called Fox River. Lincoln Burrows was set by the government of killing someone important and his brother Michael Scofield tries to prove his innocence and set him free. Okay, that's all I'm saying! The reason I love these series is that there is something about prisons that is quite bizarre. It's interesting to see how people are being treated in prison, how anyone can be set up by the highest authority... mind games? It is dangerous, don't you think?
This one will make you rethink about your love life... I'm serious! Beware! The storyline is about a man, who falls in love with a girl and tries to get to her in any way possible, even if that means killing... See, the thing is that you never know what the person, who had your butterflies going round your stomach is capable of.. Love can be projected as an obsession that can lead to psychological problems and unruly behaviour. Never trust anyone a 100%!
Hopefully you're 18 and up for this one!
Despite having David Tennant as one of the actors (he is fabulous!), Criminal: UK is such a luring series. I'm not joking. You will want more episodes! The whole action is set within the interrogation room and 3 people (3 episodes), where the investigators try to find answers. However, the interesting part is how the suspects create different stories in order to fool the detectives. It's a psychological game right in front of your eyes!
