Wuestenbergs and Kings Similar Victims of Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office
Wuestenbergs Not the First Railroaded by Oakland County Prosecutor, Jessica Cooper
Wuestenbergs Suffering Same Leftist Crucification By Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office
So it seems as if Jillian and Eric Wuestenberg aren’t the first casualties of a leftist dictatorship stemming out of Oakland County, Michigan Prosecutor’s office. It appears as if Kevin and Nicole King, who were residents of Oakland County at the time of their wrongful prosecution, were also victims of Jessica Cooper and Michael Bouchard. Their story reads like a horror novel.
News reports from May, 2018, state that the couple returned from vacation and found two individuals in their home robbing them, and they were caught red-handed. Kevin King, an ex-volunteer Officer for Waterford Township PD and a Marine, carried a legal 9mm in his vehicle at all times. The Perpetrators alleged Mr. King pointed a gun at them and tried to kill them.
Without even obtaining statements from the Kings, they were arrested and detained for over 72 hours at the Oakland County Jail. Nicole King was charged with minor misdemeanor assault and battery, for allegedly telling one of the burglars, “Today is a good day to die”. Kevin King was charged with multiple felonies, including felonious assault.
“Who even says something so ridiculous”, King asked. “It was absolutely absurd. How do you get arrested for being legally armed in your own home, when someone has broken-in and is actually IN your home, and there is broken glass and blood from them breaking in everywhere?”
After nearly a year of legal battles for the Kings, the truth finally prevailed and it was determined the perpetrators even put spy cameras in the Kings’ yard, to watch them coming and going.
The Kings passed polygraphs and the real offenders refused.
We reached out to the Kings via Facebook for comment. Kevin King didn‘t respond, but Nicole King sent the following:
“I empathize with what the Wuestenbergs are going through, and feel their pain. I pray they have better luck than we did dealing with the corruption within Oakland County.
The last thing we want to do is relive our own nightmare, and I’m limiting feedback because we are still pursuing civil action for the destruction of our lives by Jessica Cooper’s Office and the Oakland County Sheriff’s Department.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Wuestenberg family. Sadly, you can be the best people in the world, and once Oakland County gets a hold of you, they are relentless. Truth and justice is nonexistent under Cooper and Bouchard. I hope the People finally realize this and their reign will soon be over.”
King added that she reached out to the legal team for the Wuestenbergs and started a petition to drop the charges against Eric and Jillian, and has demanded charges be pressed against Takelia Hill and her 15 year old daughter. She also started a fundraiser to assist with their legal expenses.
