Pole dance - World competition
When we talk about pole dancing, everyone thinks on strip bars and similar things. Well, pole dance is in all strip bars, but today we won't speak about that. Pole dance is also very good for fitness. You can practice and make many things on pole. And all muscles work in this category.
I wondered, if I could try too. I must say that my body is a little bit ''chubby'', so I was ashamed. But than I said, why not. I tried and I must say that I learned a lot of it. It's really hard to workout with pole dance, but it helps. Not just with body shape and losing some weight, but also with our confidence. It helped me a lot. And I start to adore it.
I was looking all over, if there are some DVD's or something similar on internet to learn the pole dance and I found many things. Than it was just time for looking for shoes and suit for that and I found it too.
Pole dance competitions
I researched much on the internet about learning the pole dance. But, than I found the competitions of pole dance. I couldn't believe, what I saw. It was fabulous. Women from all over the world come to this competition. There are dancers and athletes from over than 26 countries on these world cup.
This year the pole dance world competition will be in Boston Park Plaza Hotel, on September 14th and 15th. On the competition there will be all, beginners, athletes and the professionals. This sure must be interesting to see.
They dance on one or more poles. Of course the professionals use more poles and more ''dangerous'' actions on poles. But, they know how to do it. They really are stunning. I just hope to go once on this championship just to watch them and enjoy in so many things they can do on pole.
