Nicki Minaj

32 year old Nicki Minaj has been dominating the music industry since 2010 which all started when her song "Super Bass" became number three on the US Billboard top 100. Minaj is also the only female to be named on the Forbes Hip Hop Cash list. She has won up to 91 awards and has been nominated for 218. She was also a judge on the American Idol season 12, has her own barbie & perfume line. She has recently announced she will be starring in a sitcom based on her real life growing up.

Ariana Grande

22 year old Ariana Grande first became known on the hit Nickelodeon show Victorious where she played Cat Valentine after that she carried on her acting career in the show Sam & Cat.
Grande released her first album in 2013 named Yours Truly which became number 1 on the Billboard top 200. Her music career took off after she released her second album My Everything in 2014. She is currently working on her next album Moonlight in which the hit single called "Focus" she had just released will be on. Not only that but Grande has appeared on the hit tv show Scream Queens.

Selena Gomez

23 year old Selena Gomez first became known starring on the hit Disney Channel show Wizards of Waverly Place as Alex Russo. Gomez first started her singing career with her band called Selena Gomez and The Scene Gomez went solo and released her album Stars Dance which was when her music career really took off. She has recently released her album Revival featuring her song "Good For You" which was number five on the Billboard top 100.

Meghan Trainor

21 year old Meghan Trainor first became well known after the release of the hit that we have all found ourselves singing to "All About that Bass" which is featured on her first album called Title,the song became number one on the charts in a total of 58 countries. Trainor is a big advocate on body image and self love.

Rachel Platten

34 year old Rachel Platten had her rise to fame this year when she released her single "Fight Song". It became number 6 on the Billboard top 100. She has just released "Stand by me".

Tove Lo

28 year old Tove Lo became well known after her single "Habits (Stay High)" which was featured as number 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. Her second hit single "Talking Body" became number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Fifth Harmony

Normani Kordei, Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, Camila Cabello, and Lauren Jauregui all became joined as one on the X Factor. Their first released hit was "Miss Movin On" which became placed as number 76 on the Billboard Hot 100. Their second hit was "Bo$$" which became number 43 on the Billboard Hot 100 followed by "Sledgehammer" which was number 21. Their single "Worth it" became number 12 making it their top charted single.

Halsey

21 year old Halsey rose to fame after posting on her YouTube channel under her birth name Ashley. It wasn't until she posted her song "Ghost" on Soundcloud that gained her enough attention to get a record deal. Her song "New Americana" was placed at 87 in the US. Halsey's debut album Badlands was released in August and she stated she is already working on her next.

Taylor Swift

25 year old Taylor Swift first her claim to fame all the way back in 2006 where she released the hit song "Our Song". Her second album Fearless became the top selling album in 2009. Her singles "Shake it off", "Bad Blood, and "Blank Space" all got Swift to number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Swift has won 235 awards although she has been nominated for 481.

Demi Lovato

23 year old Demi Lovato first became known after starring on the hit Disney movie Camp Rock. Following Camp Rock she made her first album called Don't Forget which became number 2 on the Billboard Top 200. Lovato then became the star of the Disney show Sonny with a Chance where she played the role of Sonny during the that she had also released her second album Here We Go Again which landed as number one on Billboard Top 200 followed with the song Here We Go Again placing at number 15 on Billboard Hot 100. She was also a judge on the US X Factor for seasons 1 and two. Lovato's latest album "Confident" was placed number two on Billboard 200. She stated she is already working on her next album.
