Reviewing Silver Linings Playbook

Updated on May 18, 2013

After leaving an institution and going back to his family, Pat Solatano is trying to rebuild his life by trying to get back with his wife and trying to make his father happy. He is trying to also fight what he has even though sometimes he can get out of hand especially when it comes a few fights that he has with his parents and even the girl who is trying to help him.

Tiffany is a widow and she is going through something in her life and all she really wants is a friend and someone she is able to confide in. In her own way she is trying to help him out. She wants him to continue on with his life and not worry so much about the past in a way. So she gets him to join her into dancing with her and helping her in a competition. While he is helping her in the dance competition she decides to help him by delivering a letter to his wife.

With the bond that Pat and Tiffany have they learn to trust each other. If Pat is able to get over his problems with the help from Tiffany then he will be able to rebuild his life again, maybe with a new hope for his future. Sometimes a little help from someone is just what Pat may need to put him in the right path in his life.

This movie was well done and it had a great cast. Even though I didn't watch it at the movies, I was glad to be able to watch it on DVD, this movie was worth waiting for.
