SHE DEVIL - THE MOVIE REVIEW
Someone stole her husband...and now there s hell to pay! Roseanne Barr puts a hilarious twist on the domestic goddess persona that made her a star, and Meryl Streep makes you marvel at her real comic witchcraft.
Its a regular story about a Middle aged Man turning to a Sexy Single Filthy Rich Woman after turning his back on his over weight over worked Wife and his two children without a second thought.
But the plot takes on a new twist as the Wife decides its payback time and destroys the 4 basic assets that her husband is so proud of. HIs Family, HIs Career , His Freedom and his Home.
The Climax shows the now repentent Bob, rotting in jail and finally coming back to his senses.
Mary Fisher becomes a much more mature Writer after having dealt with the hardships of dating a married man.,Meryl Streep as the Sexy and Sauve Husband Snatcher is an awesome actressand proves that she can be a prowess at playing any role be that of a bitch, a loving mother, house wife, a maniac, a tough girl, with perfection. The once obese, overweight wife Ruth has turned into a respectful, confident successful Entrepreneur who still loves her family but has gotten back her self esteem and self respect....
One movie i thoroughly enjoyed after a long long time. You feel for and with the characters as the scenes unfold...
The First few lines that are said by Roseanne in the opening scene reflects the psyche of women all over the World.......
Some women are born beautiful..They make it look easy but most women have to put a little time and effort into their appearance and then there are those of us who need all the help we can get.. LIKE ME
It left me heartbroken when Roseanne watches the PERFECT SLIM WOMAN in a similar outfit she's trying on and she herself cant zip up her own dress as she's over weight. An ordeal many go through in the trial rooms of Size zero Store...
Many of us just try so hard to get liked but end up being treated like Crap!!!!
A MUST WATCH for anyone suffering from a failed relationship or a broken heart.
