Panasonic RP-HTX7

Retro Style Meets Modern Quality in this Affordable Pair of Headphones

Picture above, these are the headphones im using at the moment and im very happy with them. The Panasonic RP-HTX7-R1 Old School Monitor Stereo Headphones feature a perforated leather headband, brushed metal furnishings and of course the brightly painted earcups. It also features a 40mm drive unit, which is said to create clear sound and powerful bass. You'll have to keep in mind though, that they mean clear sound for the price. It's still not going to be the absolute best out there, after all, these are still $34.97 headphones. They come in an array of different colours and for a pair of headphones at that price level, perform surprisingly well and look incredibly cool. They are also avaliable in a special Ryan Sheckler Edition.

Monster Beats by Dr. Dre

Superb Sound Quality and Monster Bass but at a price!

If you have the cash to splash then these are a great choice!  The bass from these in pretty damn good. On top of that, the treble is crisp and fresh making the sound quality overall well balanced. They seem to be aimed slightlt more at the hip hop/electronic music fan so perhaps if you mainly listen to rock or Indy, try another set. On top of that, these headphones aren't quiet, and they have a lot of sound leakage, so if you regularly commute on public transport and value your life then perhaps these aren't for you!

The head phones themselves have a fairly unique design, making them ideal for the stylish user. To the touch they feel fairly sturdy and quality, they dont feel like they would break at a fairly hefty drop - which is good considering the price tag!

Sennheiser eH150

WeSC Golden Oboe

Blinging Gold and White!

Great design from surf company WeSc here. The bottom of the range WeSC Oboe headphone sounds very capable, but in our opinion the WeSC Oboe Activist series delivers slightly better clarity. There is yet more improvement in audio detail with the WeSC Bongo headphone, which also has a slightly better fit due to the soft comfortable earpads.

WESC Alp Horn

Completely Unique Square Design Will Surely Turn Heads!
