Super hero movies Amazing Spiderman

Updated on July 20, 2012

I love nothing more than going to the cinema and seeing the least releases. Often over the last few years, wished I worked in the cinema, I always fine it magical and seeing all the films would be heaven for sure. I will go to the cinema at least once a week, sometimes more, it all depends what’s on, what being shown. I love the big screen the surround sounds and the atmosphere, that’s the best place to see a film at the cinema. I often think that many films don’t seem to be anywhere near as good on the small screen at home they lose something.

Amazing Spiderman

Spiderman, Batman, the super hero movies that are being shown at the cinema at the moment. This does seem to be the year to be going to cinema to see a great film and there plenty more to see. I managed to get around to seeing the new amazing Spiderman and to be fair I wasn’t amazed by what I saw. It doesn’t seem that too long ago that we had Spiderman which was fresh, new and different from the Spiderman I remember seeing as a kid back in the 70’s. However that franchise soon ran out of steam because the actors got big and in demand for other rolls. So when they came to make the fourth they find it hard to get everyone all back together to continue the series and that where it all fell apart. It makes me wonder how far this least Spiderman will go before that runs out of steam too!!

I must admit I was looking forward to seeing the least Spiderman simple because of the trailers I had seen. Okay it doesn’t seem too long ago since we had Toby Maguire playing Spiderman, but in the world of movies and all the technology of CGI that we have today it is. Maybe I was just hoping if they could make a better film. But in my view it didn’t gel with me something seemed wrong. I was going to go and see it at one of the IMAX screening of it but thankfully I didn’t.

The film was good, not really amazing in the sense that when you came out from seeing the film you were talking about it. It was just good, nothing really to write home about. Maybe it was better in 3D as I only went to see it in 2D. If you are a Spiderman lover then you’ll either love the film or dislike it. The film is good in respect but it seemed to be missing something, maybe I’m more accustomed to seeing the other Spiderman films. Maybe I was expecting far too much from the film. The film is slightly different from the 1999 one but in many cases it’s the same film, just remade. Overall the movie is good, but bit of a letdown, but that my own personal view. If you looking to chill out with your friends watch a movie for a few hours then you are going to love it.

Thank you, take care and have fun!

I was thinking about seeing the new Spiderman movie and was wondering if it'll be a bit strange seeing a re-make so soon after the last film was released. After reading your review, maybe I'll wait till it comes on TV..! Thanks for sharing your opinions on it :)
