She started her film career in 1993 with the film The Crush, for which she won MTV Movie Award in Best Villain Category. So far, she has acted in 20+ films and many TV shows and has won several prestigious awards for her best performance as an actress.

Alicia Silverstone is a Vegan, and an Animal Rights Advocate. She is author of The Kind Diet, a book about Vegan diet which became a Best Seller. She runs a sanctuary for rescued dogs and other pets in Los Angelese.

    It is becoming clear that many people are turning vegan.

    When apes can do sign language and teach their offspring too.

    I found this article very interesting and had no idea so many Hollywood actresses were vegan. They are good role models to show how healthy one can look with this choice. I hit many buttons.

    When I read the title I immediately though of Alicia Sliverstone, she has really grown up before the public eye. She is so inspiring to me, to become a vegan, just look at her skin!! Loved it!
