Joanne Germanotta Stefani Angelina aka Lady Gaga is an American singer born on March 20, 1986 in New York. She is the eldest of the family of Joseph and Cynthia Germanotta. She began learning the piano when she was just 4 years old. At the age of eleven, she tried to enter the Juilliard School in Manhattan, but finally returned to the Convent of the Sacred Heart, which was a private Catholic school

From the age of fourteen, the girl began to sing in New York bars , she has taken alternative jobs as a waitress and gogo dancer to earn her livelihood.

Lady Gaga Early Works

Before Being Discovered, she wrote songs for artists label Interscope Records , As The Pussycat Dolls and Britney Spears . When she decided to run as a solo artist, she decides to take the name “Lady Gaga”, tribute to a song of Queen Entitled "Radio Gaga .

On the occasion of the Independence Day, July 4th, The Famous blogger Perez Hilton hosted a party in Los Angeles & the Young Artist presented a concert. Her first album, The Fame, came out in August of that year, Supported by a few months before the release of the song Just Dance.

Her second single, Poker Face, became a worldwide hit. It was helped by a clip in which the singer was not dressed; the song became a must for dance floors. Everyone wants to know more about this young girl who is extravagant as intriguing...

Lady Gaga released two studio albums , two compilations , a maximum of nine singles , three singles, promotional two collaborations, and finally eleven videos . Her first album, The Fame , published in the year 2008, sits atop the charts in Austria, Canada, Germany, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and the winners of Billboard , the Dance / Electronic Albums for several weeks

The Fame Monster

Gaga's second album, The Fame Monster , released in late 2009 . ,Music videos of singles from this album have received great attention from the media. Gaga published her first compilation, a remix album, called The Remix .

The album reached the Top 10 charts in Canada, UK and French-speaking Belgium with more than 700,000 copies sold worldwide.

She also participated in two singles, the first Chillin , rapper Wale and the second, Video Phone , the R & B singer Beyoncé .

In December 2010, the singer has sold over 70 million records worldwide, including 53 million singles and 17 million albums.
