The Perfect Vampire
So, I've been watching Twilight these two days. Yes, never say Never. Once told myself that I will never watch it cos it's been adored by too many people and I do not want to be a part of them. Ah well, what is done is done.
Anyway, I just find these vampire movies lately to be a little disturbing in a sense that they have this sexiness in them. I have my dissatisfaction and satisfaction myself when it comes to the sexy, cold, lusty looks in them.
First of all, Lestat de Lioncourt, played by Tom Cruise and Stuart Townsend is a huge failure. The Lestat that Anne Rice describes pictures Peter Facinelli or better known as Carlisle Cullen, perfectly. I always have a thing for Italians.
Louise de Pointe du Lac... The vampire with a human heart. Well, no to Brad Pitt either. The picture is just not right with Brad acting as Louise. Robert Pattinson is the right guy for this role.
The little girl who loves Louise a lot, Claudia, reminds me of Rosalie. Imagine if Claudia grew up, she'd be a Rosalie.
Isabella Swan...? Can someone replace her with a more lost-in-the-dark homosapien with dark hair? If only Kimberly Williams were younger to be starring in Twilight as Bella instead. She'd be so fine.
Don't you think vampires always have this complicated love life? It's so disturbing but sexy at the same time.
I would certainly love to see a great vampire movie of Anne Rice's vampires meeting the Twilight cast with the Underworld's vampires and lycans. No Wolverine, please.
A thought just came to mind. Rosalie and Lestat would make a great couple. Love and arguments along the way.
A showdown between Akasha and Jane. Interesting, don't you think?
Overall, I would just love to see a movie of good looking vampires and wolves with original names from the novel with different faces.
Cirque du Freak, anyone?
