Abbott family secrets come to light

The Young and the Restless is going all out with the Abbott family as the show is headed towards November sweeps. On Monday, October 28th, Jack and Traci will come to the conclusion that it's not always a good idea to dig into the past, and that some family secrets should never see the light of day. They will also receive a visit from a family friend who will be portrayed by Mary Margaret Lewis. At this point, viewers know that something happened to Dina in the past and she referred to a specific date as a wonderful, terrible night. No clues have been given but it's possible she may have had a great time at the dance, but was later sexually assaulted. Whatever took place it seems that Stuart Brookes is involved. The character who will be portrayed by Mary Margaret Lewis is most likely a key to unlocking the truth.

Dina's secret is going to be revealed soon and this will cause Traci and Jack to scramble to protect John Abbott's name. Is it possible that John sexually assaulted Dina or someone else? The Young and the Restless changed a lot of history last year when Mal Young was head writer, so it's not a stretch to think that there are some new skeleton's in the Abbot closet.

Kyle has problems in every direction

On Thursday's episode of The Young and the Restless, Billy let Kyle know that he has his eye on him at Jabot and believes he needs to do some more growing. In the coming weeks, Kyle will find that in addition to his uncle, his own father is at odds with him. In the midst of his woes in the family business, there is trouble on the home front for Kyle. Lola's growing friendship with Theo is going to rub her husband the wrong way, and create a rivalry between the two men. Soaps.com indicates that a number of Genoa City residents will have troubling dreams on Halloween, and Kyle will find himself in a time warp. This seems to confirm Celeb Dirty Laundry stating that Kyle will actually dream about or have a daydream involving Summer. He will ponder how his life would be now if he remained married to his first wife. This is suppose to take plac on Halloween. Speaking of Ms. Newman, during the next few weeks, her feelings for her former husband are going to be hard to hide.

Kyle's responsibilities at Jabot will soon cause him to spend more time With Summer both inside the office and out. Someone with the last name Vanderway will show up in Genoa City and he could be Kyle's father or another relative. This will probably cause some friction that will spill over into the "Skyle" and "Kola" dynamic. On Thursday, as Summer and Theo were together at Society, she could not stop talking about Kyle and he sent a text to Lola.

The drama heats up for Chesea, Devon, Jill, and Cane

Lily will return to Genoa City to assist Devon in deciding how much money if any he should turn over to Cane. He discussed this with Eena on Thursday's episode of The Young and the Restless and she told him that Hamilton Winters and al he had accomplished with Katherine's money, belonged solely to him. Ana will also come back to town after getting the news that her father Jet may have cancer.

The truth about Amanda will come to light and Devon will find himself facing some past issues. Cane is going to find that he needs to defend his innocence to Jil who will be in search of some answers. This sounds like it may be proven that Devon is the rightful heir to his grandmother's billions after all. Meanwhile, Chelsea will find herself resorting to her previous criminal ways, and a new character from her past named Simon might be the reason why.

The Newman's and extended family continue to be intertwined

The Newman family and those connected to the will be encountering a lot of different situations as November approaches. Nick will decide to run for public office and find out that his last name is both a liability and an asset. Gillian White returns to The Young and the Restless as a councilwoman and she probably will interact with Nick.

Victoria will be concerned that Biy's dark side will resurface because her half brother and Nick will dream of life in Genoa City where Adam is not an issue, but it will turn into a nightmare. Adam will find himself in a dangerous situation because of Chelsea, as Sharon will try to forget the bad boy Newman. Rey still cares for his ex, but will be unable to decide if he wants to renew his relationship with Sharon because of her feelings for Adam.

Victor has turned the reigns of his business over to Victoria but he will continue to keep his eye on things. Nikki will find herself in the valley of decision and Abby will find she is receiving unwanted attention from someone. Now that Nate has broken things off with her, he may be giving his attention to Elena.
