Max a hero who will leave you thoughtful

We always view war movies with the angle of a human but with Max you would see the contribution of pets.

Max explores the unknown area of animals in war and their contribution especially dogs of war. It perhaps is the first film in history to show this new side of the war.

Max the main character or hero is a Belgian Malinois and a millitary working dog MWD. He is the companion of kyle Wincott (Robbie Amell) during a war.

The world through the eyes of Max

Directed by Boaz Yakin this film though potrays the finesse of Max it remains unfinished in certain areas or perhaps has too little to say.

However the angle of the pet is covered to the maximum. The pet shows unequal love and devotion for the master in the scene where Max cries and runs towards the martyrs coffin to show its sadness for the lost master.

Plot

The story starts in a bombing country where a dog is sent towards the enemy quarters to find bombs and people.

Soon the pet is sent on a high voltage job during a real war scenario. Max goes boldly as instructed by Kyle and suddenly a bomb blasts leaving Kyle to undergo its trauma, while his friend deserts him, leaving Kyle dead.

This leaves a bad impression on Max the pet forever followed by the sad news of the death reaching the Wincotts.

Max is scheduled to be killed since it has post-war trauma and the Wincotts decide to adopt him after seeing his great devotion towards their elder son. The younger teen brother of Kyle played by Josh Wiggins gels with the angry-emotional-post-trauma Max after some considerable training with the help of the neighborhoods own teen girl 'Cesar milan' who happens to be shockingly the love interest of the younger brother.

The story then turns sour when the traitor friend returns to Max and his evil intentions take newer forms. Max fights the traitor till the finish with no mercy.

Max

The angle of a devoted pet consists only undiluted devotion and love for its family and this is the lesson we take from Max.
